Beautiful Spacious Home w/Stadium View

Although this is a new listing on VRBO, we are seasoned Superhosts on the competitor platform, which is pronounced similarly to "Hair Bee&Bee" (writing their name out is blocked). We have 4.95 rating after hosting 50+ stays

Our beautiful, spacious home is the perfect spot for an unforgettable weekend in Happy Valley! We Are a 3 minute drive to downtown also a short walk to Bryce Jordan & Beaver Stadium and centrally located in State College. In addition to our proximity to Beaver Stadium, we are very close to restaurants/dining and a beautiful park/nature preserve. Our place is great for couples, families and even business groups.

This listing includes entire home except the garage,basement and select drawers and closets that are locked off.

Other things to note
We have a cornhole set, great grill and even a tent to help fulfill your tailgating or gathering needs at the house.

The reservation is for a maximum of 8 guests. The house comfortably sleeps 8. Depending on the situation we would consider allowing more than 8 people for an additional $50 per person p/night fee and you would be responsible for additional beds/bedding (presumably air mattresses). Requests must be made for additional guests as transparency is very important us.

House near Beaver stadium

Lovely and comfortable home walking distance to stadium and with a beautiful view. Would be especially nice in good weather to sit on deck.

Great stay in Happy Valley!

Brendyn and Becca have a very nice home in close proximity to everything in State College. Rather than go the hotel route, we had our group of 7 at the house for our sons PSU graduation. It couldn’t have been better! Brendyn and Becca were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’ll check availability next time we’re in state college for sure.

Happy Valley getaway

Overall just what we were looking for. A few quiet days with easy access to downtown and surrounding area It was a little disconcerting to find out that it is the primary residence of the owner and that there is also a tenant who lives in an attached apartment downstairs
