Appartement bien situé mais vieillot

Appartement mal entretenu, les moquettes toutes défraîchies, des casseroles et poêles toutes rayées, des appareils électriques absents par rapport à l’inventaire . C’est dommage car l’appartement est idéalement situé et assez spacieux.
