"Short-Term Rentals - Lifetime Memories" - come make some memories! Stay at the newest and nicest complex in St. George right next to the Las Palmas Resort. This townhouse was just finished in February 2020. Brand new and very luxurious. People are raving about the upstairs den featuring 2 full over full bunk beds (sleep 8 in one room).

Literally just steps away is the huge pool with a kids water dome, a slide, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfall. Use the Weber bbq and enjoy 5 TVs with YouTubeTV (local channels and sports), Disney+, and Netflix already installed.

4 bed/3.5 bath. Sleeps 14. Maximum Occupancy 14. Bed Configuration: Master (downstairs)- king, Master (upstairs) - king, Guest - king, and Den - 2 bunk beds (4 fulls). 2 levels, entry is bottom level. 2000 sq feet. Pool view. Built 2020.

The home, pool, playground and location were great. The management was NOT great. They supplied only one white and one black makeup washcloth per bathroom. NOT per person. They tried to charge us for a crib and high chair even though the description stated they were included. We had cancel a cousin movie night and sleepover in the bunk room because the management would not give us the access codes to download/use the TV apps that were supposed to be available on all TVs according to the description. Very unimpressed with the management.

The townhome was in a nice location and fairly new. Appliances were in working order. Kitchen equipment was sparse when more than one person was prepping meals. Home was in need of a thorough deep cleaning and routine maintenance to repair water damage, electrical outlets, light bulb outages. There were numerous visible stains on furniture, carpets, walls, and ceilings. Exhaust fans were grimy. Bedcovers we’re in need of deep cleaning. Cockroaches were found in the home. There was little room to move around in bedrooms and no place to store clothing. No room to stow suitcases in rooms. We don’t plan to rent this unit again.

Everything was nice! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed from towels, kitchenware, and laundry stuff. We definitely found our new spot to stay whenever we come to St. George

Perfect condo for our family gathering!

We met our kids and their spouses for a long weekend and the condo was just the right size and had all the amenities we needed for a fun stay. The rooms were large and comfortable so all of us could gather around the table or get a little quite time in a private room. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and had all the utensils we needed; even a large soup pot. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi area almost daily with our 7 and 3 year old grandkids. The tick-tack-toe board was a big hit with the littles! We really hated to leave so this condo is a new family favorite in St. George.
