Bright single storey villa, wooded, facing the beach and close to la Cotinière.

Villa Tournevire, very bright and facing the sea (you can walk to the supervised beach of Matha just opposite), was completely renovated in 2020 (decoration and terraces at the end of the construction phase). The house enjoys an exceptional location and a mild climate all year round. It has a wood on a plot of 1800 m2 of holm oaks typical of the island of Oléron. Close to La Cotinière, its port and its shops within walking distance, it allows its position to shine on all the tourist sites of the island. Access to the cycle paths is just in front of and behind the house.

PS: Non-smoking villa, pets not allowed.
The single storey villa consists of a large living / dining room of 30 m2, a fully glazed fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, two toilets, everything under a French ceiling and bordered by a 90 m2 earthwork. You can contact us on 0679259145 for any further information.

Schönes, empfehlenswertes Haus

Ein schönes Haus mit großem Grundstück, das geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet für die Eigenversorgung. Die Betten und die Sitzgelegenheiten waren ansprechend gut. Die Kommunikation mit den Hauseigentümern (in Deutsch) war hervorragend. In jeden Fall ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Maison magnifique

Très belle maison, à la propreté impeccable, idéalement située près de la plage, des commerces, des pistes cyclables, au centre de l'île, avec un très bel espace extérieur, au calme, sans oublier un accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et reviendrons avec grand plaisir, avec une météo plus clémente pour profiter de la très belle terrasse.

Un coup de coeur !

Belle maison chaleureuse, parfaitement équipée avec un jardin magnifique. Sa situation au milieu de l’ile nous a permis de belles découvertes à vélo. A noter également que la Cotinière est un joli port de pêche, avec ses commerces et ses restaurants. Il faut aussi ajouter que la plage se trouve à 3 mn à pied de la maison ! Merci à Monsieur MORON pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse lors de nos échanges par mail. Un grand merci également à Laurent pour son accueil et toutes ses bonnes infos ! Bravo à vous !

Maison fonctionnelle et bien située

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison "Tournevire". Elle est fonctionnelle, lumineuse et située à quelques centaines de mètres de la Cotiniere. La terrasse à l'arrière de la maison est bien equipée et donne sur un espace joliment arboré de chênes verts. Un barbecue en dur vient compléter le tout.

Ruhige Lage, aber nah am Strand

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig durch den großen Garten und ist für Familien perfekt geeignet. Um zum Strand zu gehen muss man nur die Straße überqueren und der Ort ist zu Fuß oder auf dem Rad schnell erreichbar. Es gibt unzählige Radwege, wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.

perfektes Haus in bester Lage

Unser Aufenthalt in Matha , in diesem sehr schönen und gepflegten Ferienhaus , war rundum herrlich. Der Empfang durch Laurent war bestens und er hat uns gute Restaurants empfohlen. Der kurze Weg zum Strand um bei Hochwasser zu Schwimmen , jeden Tag eine Freude. Das nahegelegene La Cotiniere war bestens , besonders das Angebot an frischem Fisch. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen. Tolles Haus für eine tolle Zeit am Meer!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in Continiére zu Gast und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Das Haus ist sauber, frisch renoviert/saniert, großzügig (wir waren zu fünft) das Bad ist neu, die Schaukel im Garten war für unsere Tochter ein Highlight. Brötchen bzw Baguette holen ist zu Fuß möglich (15 min ein Weg). Zum Strand muss man nur einmal die Straße überqueren, sensationell! Darüberhinaus hat die Insel noch viele weitere große und sehr schöne Strände zu bieten. Und für Radfahrer:innen gibt es jede Menge Radwege, auch toll :-)

Cette maison est formidable ! Elle a été toute rénovée et est très bien placée ! Très belle terrasse

Proche de la plage et du très joli port de la Cotinière, cette maison est idéale pour passer des vacances de rêve ! Il y a un très grand jardin au calme face à une très terrasse. Il y a de très beaux chênes vert. L intérieur est tout blanc agrémenté de touches de rotin (miroirs et luminaires). C est de très bon goût et très reposant. Les contacts avec les propriétaires ont été parfaits ainsi que l accueil à notre arrivée. En résumé nous avons passé des vacances de rêve dans cette maison Oléronaise.

Nous recommandons cette maison confortable, fonctionnelle, bien située pour visiter l'île à vélo

La maison est toute rénovée et lumineuse. Très confortable, il ne manque rien. Il y a beaucoup de place à l'extérieur, les arbres apportent de la fraîcheur et le jardin est sécurisé pour les enfants. La localisation de la maison permet d'aller à La Cotinière rapidement à pied ou en vélo. et la position centrale de la maison sur l'île est pratique pour visiter. Sans oublier l'amabilité et la disponibilité de la personne qui nous a accueilli ! Bref nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous y reviendrons volontiers

Très bon séjour

Nous avons séjourné une dizaine de jours chez Philippe et Fanny. Leur maison est très agréable. Bien adaptée pour les familles. La situation est assez centrale afin de pouvoir visiter l’île. Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par Laurent (de la conciergerie) qui en plus de philippe nous a donné quelques bonnes adresses sur l’île. Nous recommandons donc avec grand plaisir ce logement.
