At the boundary between Biarritz and Anglet, this house of 78m2 has a huge terrace with a rare 180 ° view of the ocean and the Biarritz Lighthouse. 2 double rooms are available. From one of them you have, the bed, an extraordinary sea view. An extra bed can be installed in the second bedroom if you wish in order to make sleep a third person. The house is close to shops and the bus stop is extremely close (line 10). You access the beaches of the feet Love's bedroom (5 to 10 minutes). If your interests are more turned to golf is also on foot you will be 2 to 3 minutes at the Golf du Phare!

Petit coin de paradis!

Comment dire..... Quand vous poussez le petit portillon pour accéder à la maison, tout à coup c'est époustouflant!! Vous accédez à une immense terrasse depuis laquelle vous avez une vue à 180 degrés sur l'océan!!!! Magique.... Des couchers de soleil magnifiques et le bruit des vagues en fond..... Un véritable bonheur ! La maison est fonctionnelle, joliment décorée et tout est a disposition (télé, wifi, enceinte, DVD...). La chambre des parents possède une grande fenêtre qui donne sur l'océan, c'est hallucinant de beauté !!! La maison est à 5 minutes en bus de Biarritz et 10 minutes à pied de la plage Chambre d’Amour à Anglet. Pas besoin de voiture qui reste au parking privatif (un luxe dans le coin !). Caroline, la propriétaire, est une personne charmante et bienveillante ; elle loue sa maison dans un esprit de partage. Elle n’a qu’une envie : qu’on se sente bien chez elle….. et c’est réussi ! On ressent d’ailleurs tout l’amour qu’elle s’applique à laisser dans cette maison. Bref ! Merci Caroline, encore une fois, pour tout. Ne changez rien dans ce coin de paradis ! Sylvie

Très belle localisation mais état de propreté à l'arrivée plus que limite

La vue est effectivement imprenable. L'accueil fut plutôt rapide, peu d'explications. Le ménage a manifestement été plus que limité avant notre arrivée ( évier, WC, SDB sales; moutons de poussière et bouteille d'eau plastique sous le lit, vaisselle poisseuse et quasi entièrement relavée, ustensiles de Barbecue laissés dehors et rouillés ...grains de sable sur le protège matelas de la chambre d'enfants et j'en passe), bref plusieurs heures donc passées à faire le ménage ...Nous avons également assez peu profité de la terrasse très exposée au vent et aux embruns. Hors ces désagréments, proximité très agréable de la plage et du centre de Biarritz; lieu très vivant, beaux couchés de soleil sur le phare; belle localisation pour qui souhaite tout ou presque faire à pieds. Nous avons été habitués à beaucoup mieux en terme de location, dommage. Aout 2017
