This appartment is all about the location. Right on the grand plage with beautiful views. Great walk in shower too

Das Einzigartige an dieser Unterkunft ist der Ausblick und die Lage. Das Appartementhaus an sich ist zwar nicht das schönste aber der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ein Traum. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, könnte nicht besser sein. Das Appartement war auch sehr ruhig, abgesehen vom Meeresrauschen ;)

El departamento nos decepcionó. Estå viejo y descuidado, hay telerañas en todo el edificio. dice que tiene 2 cuartos pero a eso no se le puede llamar cuartos. El segundo cuarto es un sillón cama y esta viejo y sucio, no tienen almohadas en ninguna de las dos habitaciones. El baño huele muy feo no tiene ventilación. No hay luz en el departamento, se oye todo el ruido de afuera y entra mucha luz ya que las persianas son solo como decorativas. El estacionamiento estå muy feo, lleno de tierra y oscuro parece abandonado. Las sillas de la sala estån descuidadas, la mesa del comedor si le quitas el mantel estå todo rota. Sin duda buscaremos otra opción para nuestra próxima estancia.

Incroyable vue ! Appartement situĂ© au dernier Ă©tage de l’aile du Palais avec terrasse de 20 m2 et vue panoramique Ă  couper le souffle sur la grande plage. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Teddy de la conciergerie et il a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs arrangeant pour les horaires de dĂ©part et d’arrivĂ©e. IdĂ©alement situĂ© pour tout faire Ă  pied : la plage bien sĂ»r mais Ă©galement le quartier commerçant St-Charles, Les Halles et le marchĂ©, les ballades (phare, cĂŽte des Basques, etc). L’arrĂȘt de bus qui dessert l’aĂ©roport et Bayonne est juste devant l’immeuble.L’appartement est fonctionnel et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© (mention pour le lave-linge sĂšche linge trĂšs utile avec l’humiditĂ© ambiante). Super hamac pour la sieste. Literie trĂšs correcte. La salle de bain est spacieuse et refaite au goĂ»t du jour. Nous avons pu Ă©galement connecter nos tĂ©lĂ©phones Ă  la lampe Sonos pour profiter de la musique et Ă  la Tv en Airplay. La vĂ©randa a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e par notre ado qui dormait trĂšs bien dans le canapĂ©-lit. La cuisine ne manquait de rien pour une petite semaine de vacances Ă  trois avec l’offre plĂ©thorique de bons restaurants aux alentours. Bref, nous avons Ă©tĂ© ravis de notre sĂ©jour et gardons cette bonne adresse pour la prochaine fois que nous irons Ă  Biarritz.

Une semaine Ă  Biarritz

Le studio trÚs confortable pour un couple nous a permis de profiter d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage et de visiter les environs. Le parking inclus dans la location s'est avéré trÚs utile au centre de Biarritz. L'équipement du studio est parfait pour ce type de séjour.

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans le logement, la vue y est superbe et l’emplacement idĂ©al. Nous avons malheureusement Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçu du check in et du check out avec la concierge (retards et communication dĂ©plorable). Nous recommandons Ă©videmment le logement, en espĂ©rant que le concierge ait changĂ©.

Meilleur emplacement Ă  Biarritz

Superbe exposition grĂące Ă  la terrasse , 2 chaises longues auraient Ă©tĂ© bien apprĂ©ciĂ©es ! Belle salle de bain. Le parking est un vrai plus dans la ville. Instructions claires mais arrivĂ©e et dĂ©part trĂšs / trop rigides : nous n’avons pu profiter de l’appartement qu’à 17h30, alors que l’annonce proposait 15h30 et dĂ» impĂ©rativement partir Ă  10h30 (vs 11h) pour l’organisation de la conciergerie. Parfait malgrĂ© ces qqs mini dĂ©fauts (mĂ©nage en surface, oreillers a remplacer,) on reviendra !

Best view in Biarritz

The apartment ist definitely one of the best options for Biarritz. You have a stunning view, the best place, wonderful terrace. Even a parking slot in the garage is included, which is big enough! We want to come back for sure. Merci Andree for this nice stay.

Nice Apartment with Great Location and Spectacular Views

The apartment is very nice and well furnished. The location is ideal! It’s faces the main beach and it’s next to the Hotel du Palais and the casino. You can easily walk to everything in town from this apartment. And the views are incredible! There are two terraces that face the beach and the ocean. It’s absolutely spectacular! There is no air conditioning, but the marine breezes keep the apartment comfortable at all times. The apartment comes with a parking space in the parking garage below the building. The garage itself is very narrow and difficult to navigate. If you plan on renting a car and parking there, I suggest that you take out the extra collision insurance from the rental car agency. We scraped the door of our car in the garage while trying to park, and we’re extremely grateful that we had the collision insurance on the rental car. Be aware that the light in the bathroom is on a motion detector. It makes it very convenient. But when we arrived, we didn’t know that it was motion-activated, and we spent quite a long time trying to figure out how to turn the light off. Overall, I would recommend this apartment, and we would certainly book it again.
