A pleasant 1-star-rated holiday rental, very well-equipped and comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring the Pink Granite Coast and taking day trips to the Seven Islands, Bréhat Island, and Batz Island.

The cottage is located in an old stone farmhouse, close to all activities, just 10 minutes from the sea, Perros-Guirec, and the Pink Granite Coast.

The cottage features a main room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven/microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), a dining area with a TV, a sleeping area, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet....
It features a terrace with patio furniture, 2 lounge chairs, and a barbecue.

Wi-Fi internet access, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a beach umbrella, and a private parking space are available for your use.

A travel cot, bathtub, and booster seat are available.

The shopping district—with a bakery/pastry shop, deli, produce store, cheese shop, and supermarket—is 1.2 km away. City centre Lannion and its large weekly market are 2.3 km away and accessible on foot or by bike via a hiking trail (GR 34 A). This trail leads to Perros-Guirec Bay in one direction and Lannion Bay in the other.
