This luxury apartment is located on the 5* Spa resort of Mar da Luz, just a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from Praia da Luz and Burgau.

The fully air conditioned apartment has two bedrooms and a mezzanine which makes a third sleeping area with a sofa bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite with large walk in shower with rainwater head. The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate shower room. The living area is open plan with a modern well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The lounge area has a plasma smart tv with a selection of satellite channels, Netflix, Amazon prime etc and a DVD player. Free fibre optic broadband is available throughout the apartment. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a spacious balcony with sea view. From the mezzanine is a further door leading out onto a large roof terrace with panaromaic sea and mountain view and a private hot tub. The apartment further benefits from electric shutters on the Windows.

The resort of Mar da Luz has a communal outdoor pool and small childrens pool. The indoor facilities include a fitness room and spa with indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and treatment room. All the facilities are free for guests staying at the resort. Mar da Luz is located on the prestigious development of Porto Dona Maria which has a lovely poolside snack bar/restaurant with sea view. There is also a traditional Portuguese restaurant just outside the entrance to Porto Dona Maria. A coastal footpath runs between the resort of both Praia da Luz and Burgau. Both towns have beautiful beaches and numerous bars and restaurants. Praia da Luz, being the larger town, has two supermarkets (one of which offers a delivery service), a bank and pharmacy. The large beach at Praia da Luz offers a selection of water sports during the summer season.

If you don't fancy the 20-25 minute walk into town, there is a bus stop outside the entrance to Porto Dona Maia with regular buses that run between Burgau, Praia da Luz and Lagos. Taxis are also easily available costing just a few euros. Should you have your own car the resort has a secure underground car park and each apartment has its own space.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Beach towels can be hired for 2,50€ each. Twice weekly maid service is also included in the rental price. A food welcome pack can be provided - please enquire about options and prices.
