About this property

Pretty guest house ideal for families.

If you are looking for a quiet place in the heart of historic Burgundy, I open the doors of my little house opposite. Totally renovated, it was first the children's home but they have grown up and it is now your home.
On the ground floor, it has a large living room equipped with a kitchen area, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom.
The ground floor opens onto a mezzanine dedicated to children with toys and books for rainy days and extends to a large bedroom with two single beds of 90x200 and a cot with bars for baby.
This accommodation is perfect for a professional stay. The wifi network is independent and the mezzanine is an additional work area. Before or after your day's work, it is easy to run and walk on the paths around the village.
You can rest on your totally independent terrace, wander in the vegetable garden, try your hand at trampoline or simply walk in the totally enclosed garden of 4000 M2. You will meet our chickens (very docile) and Mimi the cat.

New and particular: since June 24 I have opened a small tea room on the property open to the public in the afternoon. However, if you wish, you can order coffees, teas, fruit juices and pastries for your breakfasts and enjoy them in the lounge, on your terrace or in your accommodation. On Friday evenings, I also offer dinner boards and plates perfect for returning from excursions!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Saint-Euphrone und die Unterkunft ist für kleine Familien hervorragend. Der Garten ist riesig und man kann dort wunderbar Federball, Fußball spielen oder auf dem Trampolin turnen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und erfüllte stets die Wünsche ihrer Gäste. Die Landschaft lädt zu Fahrradtouren und die umliegenden Städte zu kulturellen und historischen Reisen in die Vergangenheit ein. Tierliebhaber kommen voll auf ihre Kosten, denn es gibt eine zutrauliche Katze und Hühner auf dem Ferienhof neben den Charollais Rindern auf den umliegenden Höfen. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Agréable petite maison, et propriétaire accueillante, discrète bien qu'habitant sur le même terrain. Dommage que la maison soit juste à côté de la route! Un lieu idéal pour le départ des sorties touristiques, faire du vélo. Très belle région. Merci à Frédérique pour ce séjour

Un sejour chalereux au calme

Merci encore pour l'acceuil! Croissants frais et confiture maison, un sapin pour le soir de noël, literie confortable, bref l'endroit parfait pour un noël pas comme les autres avec deux enfants ( 1 et 2 ans).

Excellente adresse pour une pause découverte !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la "maison d'en face". Notre petite de 2 ans était ravi des jeux de la maison mais surtout du trampoline dans le grand jardin. Frédérique est une hôte très accueillante et très disponible et qui nous livre tous les matins pain frais et viennoiserie!!! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir pour continuer notre visite de la Bourgogne!

Super séjour chez Frédérique !

Excellent séjour chez Frédérique ! La maison est très agréable et l'accueil parfait ! Frédérique laisse de nombreux articles de première nécessité à disposition (thé, café, riz...) et apporte chaque matin les viennoiseries. Une perle rare ! L'accès à son jardin fait le bonheur des petits et des grands (trampoline, balançoire, jouets... et les vaches !)! La maison est aussi bien adaptée pour les enfants en bas âge (chaise haute, lit parapluie, barrière de sécurité pour l'escalier...). Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
