Erlebnisreicher Urlaub in entspannter Umgebung

Sehr komfortables Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet und ein unglaublich hilfsbereiter Gastgeber - besser als jeder Touristenführer. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und geschützt. Unternehmungen von La Coruna bis Porto gut realisierbar. Auch Aktivitäten mit Fahrrad und Boot möglich. Klare Empfehlung!!

Hemos pasado quince días estupendos. La casa es perfecta. Es amplia, acogedora, con una temperatura excelente, unas maravillosas vistas y completamente equipada. La urbanización es perfecta. Está todo muy bien cuidado: la piscina es relajante y los niños han disfrutado de otras actividades como el billar, el pingpong o el futbolín... Todo perfecto. El trato de Joao ha sido exquisito. Ha estado todo el tiempo pendiente de nosotros y nos ha mimado como si fuéramos de la familia. Llevamos seis años visitando Portugal, que nos encanta, y ésta es sin duda, la mejor casa en la que hemos estado. Repetiremos. Muchas gracias Joao.

Perfect family escape in Portugal!

Quinta da Boavista is a beautifully located development in a quiet village close to the Minho river. The property was ideal for our family needs and the warm welcome we received on arrival from Joao and his daughter helped us to feel immediately comfortable. The house is very spacious and is bigger than the photos on the website suggest. There is a stunning view of the Minho river from the balcony of the master bedroom from where you can watch glorious sunsets whilst sipping a glass of vinho verde. Our children loved the excellent facilities, especially the large swimming pool and the tennis court, and there was plenty to occupy them for the 9 days of our stay. Quinta da Boavista is well sheltered by the surrounding hills and we were frequently able to relax by the pool and enjoy the late evening sunshine. The house is very well equipped with all kitchen essentials provided, as well as a welcome gift of bread, fruit, cheese and wine! There is a very friendly and quietly relaxed feel to the whole development; this is a place to gently unwind and re-charge your batteries. The local village of Lanhelas has two good mini-markets; a butcher, fishmonger, and lovely pastelaria that sells fresh bread, pastries and cakes, and of course coffee! There are many places to visit within easy travelling distance by car and we very much enjoyed visiting the nearby town of Vila Nova de Cerveira where a Biennial Art Exhibition was happening. The exhibition was housed in a range of interesting locations throughout the very pretty town, and we loved wandering around the historic castle at night with contemporary art on display around each corner; it was such an original holiday experience. We stayed at Quinta da Boavista in mid-July and enjoyed plenty of warm sunshine; we left wishing we could have stayed for longer and will definitely come back again.

Schönes Haus, schöne Anlage, sehr nette Vermieter - super Preisleistung Verhältnis

Anlage: Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in eine sehr schöne, gepflegte ruhige Wohnanlage. Täglich ist ein Hausmeister in die Anlage im Einsatz. Nicht nur das Schwimmbad wird gut gepflegt. Auf die Sonnenliegen liegen bequeme Matratzen. Der Tennisplatz ist schön und morgens und abends (wegen der Hitze) gut nutzbar (im Haus sind Tennisschläger und Bälle vorhanden). Oft haben wir die Tischtennisplatte aber auch den Billardtisch benutzt. Haus: Ausstattung: Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, vollständig und alles ist sehr sauber. Hier vermisst man absolut gar nichts. Von Stabmixer, bis zum Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Zucker, Essig & Öl, Wäscheständer, Waschmaschine inkl. Pulver usw. Alle Fenster haben Mückenschutz. Super Handtücher (auch Strandtücher sind vorhanden) und viele Ersatz Decken, Kissen usw. damit es die Gäste einfach gut geht. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen super Blick über den Fluss der Minho. Wirklich sehr schön. Zwei Sonnenschirmen sind im Haus vorhanden die mit zum Strand genommen werden dürfen. Einfach toll! Gastgeber: JOÃO ist wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich absolut gut versorgt und findet sich, dank JOÃO und seine Familie, sehr gut zurecht! Wir kamen spät abends an und deswegen waren wir JOÃO sehr dankbar, dass er einige Lebensmitteln für uns besorgt hat. Von Wein, Bier bis zum Brot und Obst, an alles hat er und seine Familie gedacht. Einfach klasse. Am nächsten Tag ist er uns netterweise zum Supermarkt vorgefahren, damit wir den Weg finden würden. So eine Gastfreundlichkeit findet man nicht immer und ist natürlich auch nicht selbstverständlich. Umgebung: schön, abwechslungsreich, keine Stau, prima Autobahnnetz, nicht weit vom Flughafen Porto, genügend Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Surfen, Wandern, Stand-Up Paddling, Kanufahren, Fahrradfahren usw. Strand unkompliziert erreichbar und es gibt sogar kostenloses Parken. Braga, Porto oder sogar Santiago de Compostela in Spanien sind z.B. schöne Ausflugsziele. Wenn es an der Atlantik mal zu windig ist, kann man angenehm die Sonne am Flussufer genießen. Im Ort ist unter andere eine Bäckerei, ein kleinen Supermarkt und ein Fischhändler. Der großen Supermarkt erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten. Fazit: Volle Punktzahl für das tolle rundum Sorglos-Paket, absolut zu empfehlen!:-)
