Gite très bien placé au coeur de Marseillan, ville très agréable

Cette location est parfaite pour un couple avec enfants. Tout est complet mais il faut préciser que la deuxième chambre est sans fenêtre et sans aération avec deux petits-lits. Ne convient pas pour un deuxième couple. Sinon tout est parfait, accueil charmant, location propre et très bien aménagée. L'environnement est idéal pour visiter l'Hérault de Montpellier à Narbonne.

Agréable découverte du Languedoc

Marseillan est une jolie ville, bien située, avec excursions à proximité. Le logement est spacieux et confortable, et les propriétaires, discrets, sont toujours disponibles pour apporter leur aide et conseils. L’emplacement de parking au pied du logement est très appréciable. C’est parfait, quoi.

Excellent séjour

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est cosy et aménagé avec goût. De plus, il est très calme et priche du port. La gentillesse, la disponibilité et la discrétion des propriétaires sont un plus que l'on ne peut pas négliger. Nous ne pensons pas revenir dans la region mais si c'était le cas je reviendrai sans hesiter.

Außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung in Marseillan

Meine Frau und ich fahren schon seit ca. 35 Jahren immer wieder einmal nach Marseillan, weil uns das Städtchen und seine Umgebung ausgesprochen gut gefallen. So eine schöne Wohnung wie die beim freundlichen Ehepaar Cadenac hatten wir dort noch nie! Die Wohnung liegt am Rand der malerischen Altstadt im ersten Stock eines historischen Hauses. Die Zimmer sind hoch, die Einrichtung ist ausgesprochen geschmackvoll, ein gelungener Mix aus schönen alten Möbeln und modernen. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß mit schönem historischen Fliesenboden. Gemütliche Couchecke mit großem Flachbildfernseher, schöner alter Esstisch mit modernen Stühlen. Moderne Küche in Top-Ausstattung. Gute Elektrogeräte, Induktionsherd, Kühl/Gefrierkombi Mikrowelle. 2 Kaffeemaschinen, viel Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien, etc. Nichts hat gefehlt. 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei bequemen Einzelbetten, eins davon ohne Fenster. Wohnzimmer und eins der Schlafzimmer mit Fenstertüren zur ruhigen Straße, die viel Licht herein lassen, davor schmale Balkone. Großer begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Geschmackvolles sehr großes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Akustaubsauger, es war einfach alles da. Last not least eine leise, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Nicht zu vergessen: Der eigene Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Cadenacs sind ausgesprochen liebe hilfsbereite Leute und wohnen im gleichen Haus. Bessere Vermieter kann man gar nicht haben.
