Bon emplacement

Appartement correct pour du couchage mais pas pour y vivre à la journée car pièce à vivre trop petite par rapport au nombre de couchages (6).Il est tout équipé (n amener que les draps et serviettes) et les consommables sur place.Accès à la plage 10 mn à pied, superette, restaurants, sinon grande surface a 10 et 15 mn en voiture.Hôte très à l ecoute et prévenante. Le soleil etait là... que demander de mieux !

Machen sie Fotos bei Ankunft und bei Abreise, unfreundliche Vermieterin

Das Objekt ist nur für kleine Menschen geeignet. Das erste Stockwerk hat bei der Treppe eine Stehhöhe von ca. 1,70. Wir haben uns regelmäßig den Kopf angeschlagen. Das Zimmer oben hat ein Bett der Größe 1,40 x 1,90m. Es ist wirklich sehr durchgelegen. Das Bett oben neben der Treppe sowie das Bett im separaten Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat dieselbe Größe. Wegen den Fußteilen, ermöglichte nur das Klappsofa in der Küche/Wohnzimmer großen Menschen zu schlafen, es muss aber jeden Tag eingeklappt werden, sonst hat man keinen Platz, um zur Geschirrspülmaschine und zur Waschmaschine zu gelangen. Das Objekt ist abgenutzt, aber die Sauberkeit war für uns ok. Das Bad war in einem gutem Zustand, es stand jedoch ein Schimmelreiniger dort. Wir empfehlen das Objekt genau zu inspizieren und mit Fotos auch die Abreise sowie die Umsetzung der Anweisungen gut zu dokumentieren. Wir hatten eine Endreinigung vor Buchung angefragt und diese wurde mit 70 Euro beschrieben. Nach Buchung erklärte man uns, man könnte sie nicht organisieren. Wir mussten die zweistündige Reinigung daher selbst vornehmen und bekamen dann den Vorwurf wir hätten unsaubere Stellen hinterlassen. Gut dass wir die Reinigung und auch die Umsetzung aller Anweisungen mit Fotos dokumentiert haben. Es gab kein Infomaterial zur Umgebung sowie zur Müllentsorgung. Eine knappe Beschreibung kam zwar, aber die lieben Nachbarn konnten uns besser helfen.

Jolie petite maison

Belle expérience. Jolie petite maison très bien équipée dans une petite résidence tranquille proche de tous commerces et près de la plage. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances.

Maison dans une impasse très paisible

Séjour très agréable. Nous n avons eu aucun contact avec le gérant immobilier donc 1 étoile pour valider le questionnaire. Nous avons eu le contact avec la propriétaire qui a toujours répondu à nos questions. Nous la remercions pour sa disponibilite et sa gentillesse.

bon séjour

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location, proche des commerces tout en étant en retrait avec une grande terrasse. Location très bien pourvue en accessoires de cuisine, rien ne manque. Petit bémol à notre arrivé, la location était notée avec 2 wc et 2 salles de bain ce qui n'est pas le cas, erreur dans l'annonce. Adresse à garder.
