This completely remodeled gorgeous apartment has been decorated by a interior decorator.apartment has all new window coverings, Sealy Posturepedic pillow top bed with dark driftwood headboard and bed-frame. matching chest of drawers with 40 inch television set in the bedroom. Living room is completely redecorated and remodeled with Sealy Posturepedic pull out couch and 50 inch television set electric fireplace. Dining room has a huge service for six person around inlaid maple wood dining room table. This apartment is front facing in the building and it will give you a view to see the whole area including the parking lot where your car or vehicle is parked. The courtyard is also a security courtyard no one comes in or out without having the key.

This particular property is about eight minutes from the convention center it’s about seven minutes from the Las Vegas strip two minutes from the downtown Las Vegas casinos all by car this property also is about 12 minutes from Henderson Nevada and about 10 minutes from Summerlin Nevada it is very centrally located.
What makes this property unique
The parking at this property is very very convenient because it’s only steps away from the courtyard and the Villa. Also there are no steps which is also very convenient.
