**Winter special! From Feb. 1 to May 19, book 3 nights, get 4th free or book 5 nights get 6th and 7th free!**. Tucked away on a country road between Harbert and Three Oaks is a home designed for relaxation: Third Coast Ranch. The three bedroom home, surrounded by trees, features an in-ground heated pool, hot tub, a small pond and gorgeous gardens.

Relax any time in the screened porch with ceiling fan, perfect for a rainy night. The dining table can seat 12 and the kitchen is large enough for several cooks at once. Large TV with cable, Apple TV, fast WiFi, popular apps and extensive DVD collection.

The Peloton bike in the primary bedroom makes it easy to sneak in a quick workout and our quiet country roads and nearby trails are perfect for long walks or bike rides, surrounded by woods.

Fast Comcast Business WiFi with Google mesh makes it easy for everyone to use their devices.

Two fireplaces are anchored at each end of the home, one in the kitchen and the other in the primary bedroom. Bedroom 1 features a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has bunk beds (twin over full) and a trundle perfect for 3 or 4 children. The primary bedroom boasts a king size bed, ensuite full bath and wood burning fireplace.

The home is one mile from Cherry Beach (with parking lot) and a short drive to antiques, wineries, breweries, farm stands and charming restaurants. This home is the ideal location for a family getaway, girls weekend or couples vacation. Dog friendly!

August getaway

Second trip to this amazing getaway! Wonderful, private and secluded house for a perfect relaxing week. House was well stocked with everything we needed and pool was a delight! Great location - closs to everything f but secluded enough to give us privacy.

Lovely & Relaxing

Great location & accommodations. Our two families had everything we needed. The kids loved running around outside. We enjoyed the quick drive to restaurants, state parks & to the beach for sunsets. Thanks Adam & Erin for sharing this special place with us.

Amazing Michigan Retreat

We loved everything about this home! Huge thanks to Erin and Adam for creating such a wonderful place for guests to relax and unwind. The home is cozy and comfortable and the outdoor deck and pools offer a tranquil setting for enjoying the gorgeous forested surroundings. Every detail seems to be covered— it doesn’t get any better than this!

Great time in Three Oaks

We had a fantastic stay at the house. Great setting in the woods with a fabulous outdoor space including a wonderful pool and hot tub. The screened in porch is great space to enjoy the views and setting. Hosts were wonderfully responsive to our quick questions. We will be back !

Beautiful, relaxing getaway

Our family had a wonderful trip! We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and beautiful backyard. It is beautiful and filled with butterflies! Great location and we tried many of the owners’ local recommendations. Owners are responsive and easy to work with.

Fantastic Home

Fantastic, modern home with all the amenities. The pool/hot tube we're great, and having two dinning rooms (one indoor; one screened in) allowed us to comfortable hang out in all temps.

Wonderful home

We have rented this house four times starting in 2020. Clearly, we love it! The owners have thought of everything, from a welcome basket of goodies to a stocked coffee bar, to tons of beach towels to use at the pool and more. The star of the home is their large, private pool! The 5 of us had a great time.

Third Coast Ranch stay

This is the best rental house we've stayed at in the New Buffalo area. The house is clean, beautiful and well appointed. Hosts are easy to contact and very friendly. The property is gorgeous. Huge piece of land with woods, pond, grass and a fantastic pool. Very quiet and private. Just loved it.

Great getaway

This place was perfect. From reservation to check-in, the communication was excellent and very much appreciated. The outdoor pool is just the right size. The 10 and 13-year-old kids traveling with us. We could walk to the beach, quick easy drive to Three Oaks, New Buffalo, and more. Wifi was strong and allowed me to work remotely without issue - even on Zoom calls. Highly recommend.

Third time is still a charm

This is our third summer staying at the ranch. My husband and I absolutely love the quaint ranch home with everything you would ever need to feel at home. The house and the relaxing pool & hot tub are surrounded by the most beautiful & serene woods. So private and peaceful. Plus, Adam & Erin are absolutely wonderful to work with. Such a great area to visit too with lots to do. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Getaway

My family and I just returned from our stay at this property and I will start by saying that the property owners have thought of everything. No detail was missed. Of note - the espresso machine was loved by everyone in our family. The outdoor area is amazing. The property is literally in the woods though, so be sure to bring bug spray. The pool is well taken care of, but the leaves do get in it pretty easily. It is heated to 80 degrees. Overall, we had an amazing stay and the property was really nice and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfection.

The outdoor pool area is absolutely amazing for kids & adults alike. Our 4 year old son lived in the pool and we spent every evening in the 3 seasons room. We cooked most of our meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The house has 4 indoor places to hang out (two living rooms, large dining area & 3 seasons room) so it would be perfect even on cold days. Erin & Adam are wonderful hosts and really made us feel welcome. I enjoyed my first rides on a peloton and might be hooked. The house is very close to cherry beach, which feels secluded and untouched. We also drove the 8 minutes to Warren Dunes to hike. Honestly, the place couldn’t have been in a better location. The seclusion yet proximity to the beach can’t be beat. I would absolutely come stay here again!

Serenity is the word

My dogs and I were looking to get away from the city and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The property is so secluded. Just the drive up the driveway is breathtaking. The backyard was so much fun for my pups to run around in. We even saw a deer running through the woods on the last morning. The home itself is so warm and cozy with 2 fireplaces, one in the master, which I took full advantage of. The kitchen has everything you need. The layout is excellent with doors going to the back yard basically from every room in the back of the house. Owners were very accommodating as I needed to shift my days up due to a surgery. They were quick to respond and so easy to work with. I highly recommend the Sawyer Garden Center. It’s a grocery store, garden center, wine shop, apothecary, gift shop all in one. It’s certainly my favorite property I’ve stayed in Michigan! I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Wonderful Time

The property was everything our family had hoped for. It situated on the most beautiful, secluded, and heavily wooded 5 acres. My family and I were absolutely enchanted with the incredible setting for our yearly trip. The home itself was very cozy and comfy, and had plenty of space for our party of 6 to spread out. The home was appointed with all the things you could possibly need for a extended stay. The outdoor back deck is such a pleasure to sit back and enjoy the beautiful wooded backdrop and fantastic pool/hot tub. My elderly parents enjoyed the property grounds tremendously and already want to plan a return trip. Adam and Erin, the new owners, are a pleasure to work with and were quick to communicate back whenever we had any questions. The location of the property is fantastic too, so close to many beaches, restaurants, breweries, farms, and shopping. My only concern is that the home is showing some wear and tear and could use a little tlc, some very minor things could use some fixing and updating. Otherwise, my family and I look forward to staying again next year.

Peaceful family retreat

Normally, we would be hesitant about renting a place with no reviews. But we took a leap of faith, and are so glad we did! The new owners of this lovely vacation home have put a lot of thought and work into making it a comfortable, relaxing and welcoming retreat. It checks ALL the boxes: private heated pool, hot tub, secluded (no neighbors in sight, only trees) on 5 acres, large patio, enclosed back yard, gas grill, hammock, screened porch, tons of games, puzzles, toys, DVDs, books, well-stocked kitchen, a garden, flowers, kid-friendly, dog-friendly, even a pond with frogs (toads?). We were also pleasantly surprised to find tons of bath towels, beach towels, luxury hotel quality linens, every small kitchen appliance/pot/pan/dish/utensil you could need, lots of pool & beach toys/gear, fast wifi (poolside!), cable/apple tv/netflix, and local wine waiting for us. The only time we left the house was on our bicycles (great biking everywhere), or to go to Warren Dunes. The home was super clean and the owners are kind, plus lightening fast with responses to any questions. We are already looking forward to booking Third Coast Ranch again for next summer!

Great Place for a Secluded Pool Getaway

Our family had an amazing time at the Third Coast Ranch! The first thing you notice is that the privacy is unmatched. We self-isolated in the house for 5 days and enjoyed the pool and hot-tub nearly every day! The house is surrounded by woods but there is plenty of clearing for the sun to shine through unabated, allowing for great times in the water. The house, including the kitchen, is very well equipped. We appreciated the provided towels and our young girls very much enjoyed the toys available in the bunk bed room. In fact, this is probably the best VRBO we have visited in it's kid preparedness - in addition to the toys and bunk beds, there is ample kid-friendly plates, bowls, cups and silverware. The master bedroom has a king size bed and is huge. The master bathroom is huge as well with a giant walk in shower. We had a few very very minor complaints, though. Not all inside doors latch. This led to some surprising "break-ins" through the master bedroom and into the master bath from our 10 month old puppy! The king size bed, while very comfortable, is also extremely squeaky - comically so in fact. Finally, it was surprisingly difficult to give two young children baths. The hall bathroom is very small and has no handheld shower head. The master bathroom is great for adults but a little too precarious for children (slippery, sharp edges). Most of these items could easily be addressed by the new owners and absolutely did NOT detract from our overall experience (hence the 5 star review!). We highly recommend Third Coast Ranch and are looking forward to visiting again!

Second year at beautiful & peaceful Third Coast Ranch. The serene and spacious yard, the relaxing pool & hot tub, and the home’s lovely decor all make for a fantastic stay. The owners are wonderful people and communicate so well. We will be back next year!

Wonderul Private Retreat

Overall we had a wonderful experience. The house and property are beautiful and well appointed. The pool was perfect for our family, the hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with, and we were able to bring the family dog. Our stay went by way too fast. We definitely recommend Third Coast Ranch.

Home in the woods

From start to finish, this was a great spot. Communication with owners was seamless. House exceeded expectations. The generosity on the part of owners including basic household items (detergent, coffee, soap, shampoo) really makes a huge difference. The pool is great and the home is cozy and incredibly functional. I hope we are welcome to stay again!

Wonderful home for vacation with family

Perfect Getaway

Third Coast Ranch is the ideal getaway spot! The property strikes the perfect balance between seclusion and proximity to restaurants, beaches and everything else! Our group (including two kids under 7 and a baby) had the best time relaxing at the house and exploring the nearby towns. The house and setting are exactly as pictured and the entire rental process and communication was flawless! Highly recommend.
