The Pool & Hot Tub are Newly Renovated.

A Park Pass for entry into the National Park is provided during your stay. Also free parking in our private parking lot, and in the surrounding neighbourhood.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 level townhouse will surround you with all the cozy comforts of home, with stunning south-facing views of The Rocky Mountains from both floors and tranquil courtyard views of the Pool to the North. We are conveniently the closest unit to the pool and hot tub gate, which is open year round. Our resort is small & private, and our townhouse style building is particularly lower-density than the surrounding, large apartment-building-style accommodations that are easily found in Canmore. We are centrally located, yet off the main drag, and far enough away from the train tracks to relieve you from the noise of the frequent train that runs through downtown Canmore.

We feature all-white-bedding, with a coveted 'Kingsdown Gold Mattress' in the primary bedroom, and two Double beds in the second bedroom. A 5th and 6th guest can be accommodated on our large sectional sleeper in the living room downstairs.

Our Townhouse style condo is self-contained, with 2 private entrances, and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Coin laundry is conveniently found on site, behind the hot tub facility.

Parking at our unit, and in the surrounding neighbourhood, is free. Our unit is 1.1 kilometres from Canmore's Main Street: A 15 minute walk. So we recommend walking (or biking) to enjoy the town. We also have a good public transportation system that will take you around town and to Banff, as well to some natural sight-seeing areas within the mountains near Banff. So if you appreciate walking and bussing, you may not even require a vehicle here.

Your hosts are two local families with school-aged kids, and small businesses in the Bow Valley: Painting company, a pottery business, massage therapist, and property manager.

We work together to provide a wonderful and comfortable place for you to come and experience our beautiful town. Pets are never allowed here, which helps us maintain a clean and fresh space for your family to enjoy.

MORE DETAILS ABOUT THE LAYOUT OF THE UNIT:
The unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, leaving the social activities to the main level. 2 private entrances with combination lock, ensures your ease and freedom during your stay. No need for us to be there upon your arrival. Park on the street right outside your door. Walk only minutes to shops, restaurants and downtown Canmore. Immediate access to trail systems (behind the building).

1st Floor:
The main level has a fully stocked kitchen & dining area with a kitchen bar, and a large comfortable couch in the living room, which is easily pulled into a large daybed for everyone to put their feet up. With a riverstone fireplace and a large Smart TV plus privacy drapes on all windows.

2nd Floor:
Upstairs, two bedrooms w/plush beds (new Kingdsown Gold mattress in primary bedroom) & linens and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom #1: The primary bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV & en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom #2: Down the hall, the second bedroom features two double beds and another Smart TV.
A second full bathroom with bathtub completes the second floor. Fans are included in both bedrooms as an additional comfort option.

Outside:
We are an end unit, located nearest the Pool and Hot Tub gate. Step outside your back door into a sunny courtyard with year-round heated outdoor pool, hot tub & BBQ area. Shared, laundry facilities are located on the property, to the rear of the Hot Tub area.

There is free onsite parking: 1 stall per unit. There is often free parking on the street in front of your unit's south facing door. However, parking spots diminish during weekends and high tourism months. During your stay, we recommend keeping your car parked at the unit, and either walking or biking around town.

Excellent stay in Canmore

Great location

We brought our adult children and enjoyed your condo. We loved the hot tub and the convenience of the location. Due to food allergies, we always use the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

Self Care Retreat

The property was fantastic and in a great location to explore all the national parks and cities around the Canmore area. The pool and hot tub were just steps away. Easy to walk to restaurants and grocery stores if you need to. Very relaxing for sure.

Great For Family Vacation in Mountains

My family enjoyed our stay here in Oct. 2023. The unit was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is located right by the pool, which was a big hit with the kids. Plenty of towels and other basic supplies. Good communication with owners throughout. Would stay here again!

Great property for a weekend in Canmore!

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The chalet is even nicer than in the photos and was spotlessly clean. Well-stocked with everything. Communication easy and very responsive. Our 11 year old loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub!

Great stay in Canmore

Our family (2 adults, kids 12 and 16) had a great stay in Canmore. This home was comfortable, very clean and conveniently located. We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The kitchen is compact but worked fine for us. The hosts were easy to reach and responsive to our questions before arrival. Once there, a handbook at the house contained useful tips to enjoy the area. We would return and recommend it to other families.

Canmore Paradise

My family really enjoyed this property. Booking and check went great. The cute townhouse was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. Our kids loved having their own bed in the second bedroom. Having the pool and hot tub right outside the unit was perfect. The resort was quiet during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Canmore Stay

This property is exactly as described in the listing. We have stayed in several units at Mystic Springs and this one is our new favourite. The two level floor plan is great for families and the direct outdoor access to both the pool and parking is a real perk of the property. The cleanliness of the unit was very impressive and you can tell the owners want to take good care of their unit. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and were prompt in their responses. We would stay here again for sure.

A wonderful experience

We absolutely loved our stay. The only thing was the main bathroom sink would not drain when we brushed our teeth. That needs to be cleared out. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Cozy, clean and quiet

Our family of four, including two children 9 and 12 year old, stayed here for 4 nights. Canmore is one of our favourite places to visit. The condo is wonderful. It had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family. The owners are very easy to get in touch with and very nice. The pool was heated which was the highlight of our trip. We would definitely stay here again. Home Away From Home!

Staying here was the highlight of our vacation to the Rocky Mountains. After driving for days and staying in hotels, THIS place provided our family with a wonderful home away from home. It was exactly as advertised. It was quiet, clean and family friendly. It was Awesome to have the pool/hot tub, BBQ's, parking & laundry facility just steps from the front door. Friends of ours were staying at 2 other condos/hotels in the area . They were jealous when they saw this place. We all agreed that it was the BEST place for a family vacation!

Great Condo

This condo was a home base for me, my mom, and aunt as we explored Banff for the week. It was exactly as described in the listing. It was close to restaurants and shops, had on-site coin laundry that we used, had a Safeway within 5 minute drive and was convenient to both the airport and Banff National Park. We enjoyed viewing the sun on the mountains in the mornings and the sunset with a beer on the back porch in the evenings. We cooked in almost every night and had everything we needed for that! The hosts were super responsive, offering restaurant ideas when we arrived in town and leaving very clear instructions and other helpful tips in a binder. Would definitely stay again! What a beautiful & clean town, park, and country!

Perfect in every way

This house was perfectly located for exploring Banff, Kootenay, Yoho, Jasper, and Kananaskis Country. The house is immaculately clean with all amenities a family could need. Beds, linens, and pillows are high quality, and the kitchen is well stocked. Everything feels new. The beautiful pool and hot tub are steps from the house, and the manicured courtyard has picnic tables and gas grills for your use. There are 3 high quality televisions, and wifi is good in the house. Washers and dryers are just steps from the backdoor in a shared but private laundry room. The owners were very communicative and helpful. Canmore was the perfect town to stay in for our national parks trip. It wasn’t as crowded as Banff, and it offered fabulous restaurants, shopping, and the right level of quiet. I would recommend this property without any hesitation.

Great Summer Weekend Stay

We had a great Thursday-Sunday stay in July in Joe's property. He was really quick and accommodating with his communications and the check-in was a breeze! The hot tub was not working for our stay, which is not the owner's issue, but it was unfortunate. But with the heated pool right outside the door as well, our kids swam multiple times a day, even though it was cold and rainy. The home was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare any type of meal, and the barbeques were within steps of the door. As mentioned, the unit is located right across from a very popular wedding venue, so it can be loud late at night for short periods, but it was not too bad. With the air-conditioner, you could close the windows and still be comfortable inside even on hot evenings. Parking was tight, but we were able to find a spot every time we returned, so it wasn't an issue for us. We would definitely stay here again. We loved the easy access to the pool, the cleanliness of the suite and the hospitality of the host!

We had a great week in Canmore. The condo was perfect and in such a great location. We could walk to many restaurants and walk downtown very easily. The kitchen was stocked and the beds were so comfortable. The owners answered all our questions and were very helpful. We would definitely book with them again.

The location is great! Canmore is a much more laid back vibe than Banff and this is convenient to a small shopping area with restaurants, etc. This place was perfect for my family of 4 with two older teenagers to have their own double beds and bathroom. Owners were responsive to questions and we would definitely stay again!

Great location---close to spa and pool. Laundry onsite but not optional for US to get app to use. Walkable to town. Too far to get shuttles to attractions by walking. Upstairs was warm, but warmer than normal when we stayed. Utilized fans provided upstairs.Had everything we needed for a week stay.

Outside the windows of our unit, we have scenic views of either the pool, or the mountain range. Giving you great views from all our windows. We are locals here, and as hosts, we take great pride in the space we offer.
