One of the newer upscale properties in the St George area. Plenty of space to stretch out! The home is in model, like new, clean condition. Two car garage for easy private access, & plenty of street parking. A jetted tub awaits active people in the Master suite. Close to hiking trails, Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Downtown, and Movara Fitness Center. Beautiful hidden Shadow Mountain park with BBQ, tables, gazebo, playground, basketball, and a duck pond very close. One month or longer rental per code. No pets or smoking. Sleeps 5. Must abide by CC&R's (no RV's etc)

Great location!

This condo is in a great location, right across the street from a park with a duck pond. It was a perfect place for us to take our little one for early morning/late afternoon walks. Jon, the owner, was always quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had, and ensured that we felt at home.

We loved this place ! Safe ,Quiet ,Clean. everything we needed. The place is cute inside and out. Location is ideal for anywhere you might like to go. Hiking trails are all around. Down town is only minutes away . Good food is also nearby. Can't wait to go back.

Great location!

Great location- close to everything, nice park across street, nice neighbors and neighboorhood. Had a wonderful time exploring St George and surrounding area. Many great hiking trails in area - some just 7 - 15 mins away. Definately check out Snow Canyon State Park while you are there. We rented ebikes just outside the park and had a blast exploring. Internet worked great for remote work. Large desk in one bedroom, small desk in another, plus large desk in front entry area. Unit is well furnished. Kitchen had everything you could need plus some extras you don't probably need. Small cooler in garage came in handy for day trips. Having garage to store bikes was nice plus. Driveway is little steep. We had to remove bike rack/bikes from our low clearance Pacifica minivan to get up drive without scrapping. Wished we would have brought our 4 WD Subaru to clear driveway, access some of the rough roads leading to hiking trails and drive in snowy mountains. There is hiking trail up mountain behind house that gives great view of surrounding area and it's just a short walk down the street to access. Nice front porch and back patio for sitting outside when weather permits. Place was reasonably clean on arrival though could use a good dusting. Some of linens have seen better days but did the job and there were plenty to pick from. Refrigerator had open/spoiled food in when arrived and we cleaned it out before we unloaded our cooler. Owners very responsive - garbage disposal started leaking and they replaced same day while we were out. Even offered their phone number for discounts at grocery store.

January Getaway

We came to hike and bike for a few weeks. The house was everything we needed. It was so comfy and cute. Jon answered all our questions before our arrival, stayed in touch with us while we were there and thanked us for staying after we left. We're hoping to stay here again.

Great stay in St George

Stayed in the Jon's rental for 4.5 weeks. House was great and bigger than it appears in the pictures. Had two full desks for working remote and was a short drive to downtown St George. We would certainly stay here again!
