Two car garage for easy private access, & plenty of street parking. A jetted tub awaits active people in the Master suite. Close to hiking trails, Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Downtown, and Movara Fitness Center. Beautiful hidden Shadow Mountain park with BBQ, tables, gazebo, playground, basketball, and a duck pond very close. One month or longer rental per code. No pets or smoking. Sleeps 5. Must abide by CC&R's (no RV's etc)
