House completely renovated in 2020, located 300m from the beaches, the GR34 and shops, terrace of 100m2 facing south overlooking a garden of 700m2, enclosed and not overlooked.
On the ground floor: equipped kitchen, master bedroom with private bathroom and toilet, living room with sea view on one side and bay window overlooking the terrace and garden on the other, TV lounge in the extension, toilets.
Upstairs: 3 spacious bedrooms (13m2) with storage cupboards, 2 of which have sea views, bathroom with shower, small children's bath and toilet.
Possibility to park 1 or 2 vehicles in the property.
Cleaning fee of 60 euros mandatory to be paid at the end of the stay.

Retracing my steps

I chose this property for it location. I was not disappointed. The house was perfect for a family holiday. It is spacious, bright and very well equipped . There was even a high chair and a travel cot. The garden is large and also child friendly. A beautiful terrace for outdoor meals or simply enjoying the sun . The whole house was spotlessly clean . The host is very approachable and answers any queries promptly. I thoroughly recommend this property

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Saint Quay Portrieux. Der Strand im Ort ist einfach phänomenal. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, einfach den Berg runter. Der Unterschied des Wasserstand zwischen Ebbe und Flut von 7 und mehr Metern war unglaublich. Der Strand war sauber, trotz Sommerferien nicht zu voll und ganz toller Sand. Auch wenn das Wasser den Tiefstand hat, alles nur Sand. Man braucht keine Badeschuhe. Auch das Meerwasserschwimmbecken war toll. Zwei Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Abholpizzeria direkt beim Stand ist sehr empfehlenswert!Das Haus selber war toll, sehr geräumig. Ein schöner Wohn- und Essbereich, und ein extra Fernsehraum. Eine große Terrasse und ein toller Feigenbaum im Garten. Da konnte sich jeder ein ruhiges Plätzchen suchen. Auch die Außendusche war nach dem Strandbesuch sehr sinnvoll.Allerdings könnte hier und da mal etwas erneuert werden. Das waren aber alles Dinge, über die wir hinwegsehen konnten. Das Rollo im Wohnzimmer zum Garten war defekt, im Fernsehzimmer hatte ein Fenster einen Sprung. Der kleine Durchgang von der Terrasse ins Haus war nicht nutzbar, aber man konnte ja durch die Schiebetür gehen. Beim Kühlschrank war die Ablage geklebt. Den Grill haben wir lieber nicht benutzt. Dann geht man eben einmal mehr essen ;)Den Vermieter haben wir gar nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Er war aber per Nachricht erreichbar. Also kein Problem. Das der Müll im Ort in Containern mit Karte entsorgt wird, mussten wir erst erfragen.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison proche de la mer ! La maison est grande, décorée avec goût, propre et calme ! Le jardin est très agréable pour un déjeuner au soleil. Je recommande vivement, Très bon contact avec le propriétaire !

Tolles Haus!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, geschmackvolles Haus, gute Raumaufteilung, großer Garten, alles da was man braucht! Einzig ist es sehr hellhörig durch die alten Türen die nicht gut schließen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter!
