2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is very convenient for adults travelling together. You can park one car behind the property gate. There is a back patio with a small pool, wrought iron table & chairs. Each bedroom has a balcony. There
are 2 plus rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. New paint inside. Costco is across the highway and Walmart is nearby. It is a short drive to town center and Medano Beach and there is the private beach within the community. Bus stops are right outside the community. Why they chose this property
Rooftop access with great views. Light and airy space. Nice wrought iron fencing recently added. Low maintenance desert style front yard and rear landscape area with pool.
The gated community of Cabo Bello is close to town but not so close you hear any of the noise from the many downtown clubs that operate well into the A M hours. Great grocery shopping is very close, including the Santa Carmela small market and the huge new FRESH market as well as Costco and Walmart.
