In a charming Belle Époque villa in Cabourg, this beautiful duplex apartment with terrace can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Just a 5-minute walk from Cabourg beach, and close to all shops and restaurants, you'll be in the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful stay on the Côte fleurie.

Located on the 1st floor of the villa (with stairs), in the heart of the Cabourg fan and just a few minutes from the beach, this charming T3 apartment features a beautiful 37m² living space. Quiet and bright, this refurbished duplex includes :
- a sunny terrace with table and deckchairs,
- a pretty living room with a 2-seater sofa bed,
- a small, bright bedroom with a double bed,
- another small bedroom with two single beds,
- a closet upstairs,
- bathroom with shower,
- well-equipped open kitchen (toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, hob, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer and ironing facilities,
- TV.

INFORMATION: Please note that the stairs are quite steep, so they may not be suitable for very young children, the elderly or people with reduced mobility. The second bedroom is not very bright.

In addition to being close to all the stores and restaurants of the city, you will be just a 5-min walk away from the beach of Cabourg and the casino with its garden: the best place for a nice stroll on the Marcel Proust promenade! You will also be able to find the Halle du Marché covered marketplace at 5 min on foot and the train station at 15 min. Lastly, you will be a 30-min drive away from the cities of Deauville or Caen.
