There is a 13 night limit on reservations per local regulations. Reservations over 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Extremely small.

Overall the location was great. There’s no way we would have been comfortable staying inside longer than 3 hours besides sleeping. There was no room in each room for our bags, we had to leave them in the kitchen. I couldn’t even get to the other side of the bed being 20 weeks pregnant. Although my teenage son had the same problem, it was like sleeping in a closet. The view was pretty but that’s about it. The outlets need to be changed, nothing stayed in the outlet without falling out or working. Ceiling lights were broken above the bed. Things definitely need to be replaced and updated. Our code that was sent for check in didn’t even work upon arrival and after getting in late and. Having no outside lights on two flights of stairs was extremely unsafe. It wouldn’t cost much to add that to help your guests. I would not stay there again it’s not safe.

Great location but definitely should not have listed for 6. We couldn’t get in with the code nor the second code. There are ants in the living quarters and one bedroom has no A/C. Very disappointed for what we paid for it.

Several 2021 reviews complained about keyless entry, screen and front door not closing secure, the electric sockets were loose. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to see that these issues had not been corrected.
