About this property

Lovely modern home with views of the 5th fairway of Big Meadow!

This spacious (2,074 sf) executive home has a large outdoor patio, with gas BBQ, to enjoy the views of the 5th fairway, morning, noon and night.

Inside is light and bright with high wood ceilings, featuring wood, tile and carpeted flooring. The entry leads you to the large, amply supplied kitchen with state of the art refrigerator, brushed nickel appliances and large counter top areas for making family meals. There's dining for 8 just off the kitchen.

A few steps take you up to the loft style living area with the 5th fairway views and large comfy leather couches for relaxing in front of the fire or watching tv. Enjoy the recently added Smart TV's w/ Netflix and surround sound. Strong wi-fi connection throughout the home for all your internet needs.

Back down the hallway, off the kitchen is a queen bedroom. Halfway down the hall is where the laundry room is located. A full bath with walk-in shower is located at the end of the hall.

There is a large queen bedroom located at the end of the hall with it's own full bath and slider out to the patio.

Back down the hall are stairs to the second floor master suite. The suite has a walk-in shower with separate deep tub, gas fireplace and tv. A slider takes you out to the balcony to enjoy the views.

You will want to stay again and again in this wonderfully comfortable home!
