Nice & Cozy Apartment in Gracia

Beautiful and cozy apartment in the Gràcia district of Barcelona, ​​located a few minutes from the city center and completely renovated in December 2014.
Located on a third floor of 45 m2 is ideal for a weekend, vacation or short-term accommodation. It has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay:
 
-Living room with Led TV and USB, WiFi internet, air conditioning and heating. Comfortable sofa bed for 2 people of 150x200 cm.
-Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, refrigerator and everything you need; Minipimer, grater, cutting board, kettle, etc.
- Master bedroom with double bed of 150x200 cm, sliding wardrobe and also equipped with air conditioning and heating.
-Wide bathroom with furniture to store personal belongings; It has washer-dryer, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash. In addition you have iron and ironing board.

All towels and sheets are included in the price.
In case you need a cot, it can be provided free of charge.
Option to hire cleaning service during the stay.
Option of guided bicycle tours in Barcelona, ​​to complement your stay.
Option of parking on request with extra cost.
We make available to the guests a guide and a map of the city to plan your visits.


The apartment is located in the Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona, ​​one of the neighborhoods with more personality and charm of the city. Central but without crowds, with most of its pedestrian streets and small squares with terraces to enjoy the whole environment.

A few minutes from all the attractions of the city center, very close to the Guell Park and the Sagrada Familia, and perfectly communicated by public transport.

Lovely off the beaten path apartment

My friend and I loved this area. Gracia is off the beaten path but so accessible to all the sites. I felt immersed in Barcelona. Jordi was a very communicative host and quick to respond. The only thing we needed was bedding for the couch as we did not share the bed. Thanks for a very cultural stay! The bars/restaurants up on the corner were great!

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Wohngegend

Jordi hat sich ein paar Tage vor unserer Anreise bei uns wegen dem Check-in gemeldet. Bei unserer Ankunft mit dem Auto hat er bereits für eine Parkmöglichkeit gesorgt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und alles war vorhanden. Uns wurde ein Stadtplan und ein paar Tipps gegeben. Zu Fuß und mit der Metro ist die Stadt am besten zu erkunden.
