Welcome to our beautiful apartment located in the heart of the 19th district. Located on the 6th floor, the building has a lift.

The apartment includes :
- Bright living room with large sofa, coffee table
- Fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, hotplate, dishwasher, washing machine, washing machine.

- 1 bedroom with double bed (memory foam mattress) and a large closet
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine.

You will also enjoy the magnificent view of the Bassin de la Villette.

You will therefore find everything you need to make the most of your visit to Paris.

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.

Please be advised that construction activities will be ongoing next door until July, which may occasionally cause noise disturbances. Construction hours are from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays, with efforts made to minimize noise in the early mornings, and on Saturdays only if the work does not involve heavy noise.

Brief periods of disturbance will be followed by extended periods of quiet until July.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

Welcome to Paris, on the edge of the water !Whether you like crazy Parisian nights or peace and quiet, you'll definitely be seduced by the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin. A picture of Parisian lifestyle in the 19e arrondissement, on the right bank of Paris, with the indolence and casualness of fluvial life.Close to the main touristic attractions of Paris, accessible through several means of transportation, the neighborhood offers the luxury of being in Paris with your feet in the water ! By the way, during the Summer, the bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches). There, children and grown-ups play boules, do pedalo on the canal, improve their tan comfortably installed on a deckchair or on the sand under the very welcomed water sprays, while sipping beer or Perrier... It's like you're on the Riviera ! (Well, I might be exaggerating a bit...!)Walk outside the apartment, take a walk along the quays on the banks of the canal and watch the boats come and go, go a bit further, to the Antipode, a cool bar on a barge.Push the fluvial experience so far that you will think that you're Jack Sparrow. Sit at a table at La Bulle and order a traditional French meal served with a smile, before catching a movie in one of the twin MK2 cinemas or a play at the Centquatre or perhaps a concert at the Point Ephémère.Between the water and the culture, Paris will be at your feet !

Paris has one of the most comprehensive metro systems in the world! Making travelling around the city really easy. Just a few minutes away from my apartment is the Metro Station, Laumière that serves line 5. From here you can travel to anywhere in Paris within minutes!

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
