Recently renovated house - Heated pool - 4bed, 2bath

House completely renovated in April 2020 with heated swimming pool.

The living rooms – living room and dining room – like the kitchen form a single unit of 80 m2 offering access to the 100 m2 terrace.

3 double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and 1 twin bedroom upstairs can accommodate 8 people. The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets as well as a beach shower.

The swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m) is heated (April to September / On request in October) and has a simple alarm approved for its security. Its surroundings are equipped with sun loungers and deckchairs.
The terrace accommodates a table and chairs for 8 people, a charcoal BBQ area as well as an outdoor lounge.

Reachable in Alpes Maritimes, Oise, Calvados, Gironde, Mayenne

Note: this house is only offered on Abritel (HomeAway), AirBNB and on no other rental sites.

Ideally located 10 minutes walk from the Claouey market (open from June to September every day) and 5 minutes walk from Petit-Claouey beach. This East-West facing house benefits from a very calm and relaxing environment.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

** Deposit of €3,000.00 (Three thousand euros) by check is required on the day of arrival.
** A deposit by transfer of €1,500.00 (One thousand five hundred euros) is required from tenants who do not have a checkbook.

Lovely house that has been updated very well with a lovely lounge/kitchen area. Comfortable beds and aircon. The garden around the pool has been beautifully redone and the pool is a good size even for 2 energetic boys! Very good location on a quite road and easy access to the beach and cycle paths. Overall very very good and would rent again.

Amazing villa, fully equipped had everything you need for a family stay. The pool was fantastic, thoroughly loved by my 2 young nephews. The beds were really comfortable we all slept well as the area is so peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here and do hope we can come back. A real home from home. Thank you to Alex for all your help and recommendations.

Lovely villa in lovely location

Really enjoyed our 2 weeks in Claouey. The villa is clean, Moderna and well equipped. Even has a PS4 so take games if you have them. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet and it is only a short walk to the village with nice restaurants. Alexandre is very helpful and offered some good local advice. Would definitely recommend.

Net huis met mooi verwarmd zwembad

Verblijf was goed maar we hadden andere afspraken gemaakt. Toen wij het huis hebben geboekt stond er in de omschrijving inclusief beddengoed en handdoeken verder stond er niets over schoonmaakkosten. Wat ons verbaasde is, dat wij een paar dagen voor onze aankomst werden gebeld door Alexander hoeveel beddengoed en badlakens wilde we hebben en dat er nog schoonmaakkosten bij kwamen totaal moesten we extra betalen . Dat waren we totaal niet met hem eens want er stond niets over in de advertentie. Wij wilden dan wel annuleren maar ja dat kon ook niet want dan waren we al het geld kwijt en hadden we niets . uiteindelijk hebben we maar een deal geslosten voor 200 euro voor alleen de schoonmaakkosten { ik denk het wordt schoongemaakt door afgestuurden personen met een heel hoog salaris en heel dure schoonmaakmiddelen } en het beddengoed en baddoeken kregen we dan gratis. We hebben Alexander de 200 euro cash betaald en geen afrekening voor gekregen. De advertentie is wel direct na ons verblijf veranderd. Dit was wel een grote teleurstelling.

Très bon séjour à Claouey

Merci au propriétaire de nous avoir proposé d'aussi bonnes prestations. Tout était bien, l'équipement en général, la literie, cuisine, la piscine . Par contre, je n'ai pas apprécié que le monsieur de la conciergerie nous ait obligé à payer le ménage en liquide! Les lits n'étaient pas finis à notre arrivée et la poubelle n'était pas vidée. Les Informations promises sur Claouey ne nous ont pas été envoyée. Evidemment, cela n'a pas entamé notre bonne humeur mais c'est dommage

Très bien

Belle maison parfaitement équipée située dans un endroit calme et proche des commodités. La piscine chauffée nous a permis de nous baigner malgré le temps plutôt frisquet. Même si la quatrième chambre est plutôt à réserver à des enfants, cela n'a pas entaché notre séjour.

Villa très bien agencée et bien équipée, Un plein pied avec piscine dans un lotissement très calme. Proche de l’océan et du bassin d’arcachon De nombreuses balades possibles au départ de Claouey. Nous regrettons que les frais de ménage de 200 € restent beaucoup trop élevés et ne soient pas directement inclus dans le prix de la location . Bon séjour avec une très belle météo pour une fin mars .
