About this property

Very bright, it can accommodate 2 people. You can enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and high speed wifi access. Located on the 3rd floor, you will find a large tastefully decorated room with living room and dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a drying washing machine, an induction oven, hot plates and all modern comforts (wifi, smart tv etc). All linens (bedding and towels) are provided.

Travelers will have full access to accommodation. It is an independent and private apartment, entirely reserved for travelers.

The accommodation is accessible from 3pm on the day of your arrival. The access is made in an autonomous way thanks to a coded key box. It will have to be released before 10 am on the day of your departure, you will only have to leave the key where you found it.

In case the check-out time is not respected, without our written agreement, a penalty of 150€ will be applied.

The apartment is located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. It is close to shops, restaurants and public transport. It is therefore ideally located in one of the most pleasant areas of the capital. Close to the Parc Monceau, and a myriad of restaurants and cafes, you can make the most of Parisian life.

Metro Wagram (Line 3) 1 minute walk. You will be on the Champs Elysées in less than 10 minutes by bus.

Nice location but …..

The main issue was the shower. The water was first scalding hot ( so could not be used) for about 5 minutes and then freezing cold indefinitely. The very narrow glass to act as a door or barrier to the water coming out did not stop the whole floor from getting wet with several inches of water each time a shower was attempted. The sink was actually miniature like in an airplane. There was no replacement of toilet paper. There were no tissues or paper towels. We reported that issue and they asked us to send a picture of the digital board on the water heater. We complied and suggested sending someone to fix it. We never heard again from them. We would not stay here again.
