Annonce mensongère.

L'appartement est annoncé avec une chambre et un salon. C'est un très petit studio, pas du tout disposé comme annoncé. Pas de vraie table, une plaque de cuisson en panne. Juste un toit pour dormir. Aux futurs vacanciers : prenez un hôtel, ce sera plus confortable et moins onéreux. À éviter car visiblement l'annonce n'a pas été contrôlée.

Good value for Paris

This is not a fancy or luxurious place; but it is close to the metro and a grocery store. I stayed here because I was performing at the Paris Philharmonie, a short walk. The Vrbo listing states that there is a dryer. This is not correct. Washer yes, dryer no. A good laundromat 5 minutes walk.

Ideal para visitar Paris

Apartamento con todo lo necesario, bien equipado y con buena comunicación con la línea de metro y bus para visitar los lugares más turísticos de la ciudad. Buena zona y con el mejor ocio de Paris cerca.

Disappointed

Host was not readily available. Celine was very nice but seemed rushed. Of all the places we stayed they all had complimentary amenities except this one. Had to use insect spray to kill roaches in toilet, kitchen and studio. It was not centrally located as expected. Transport for a visitor was cumbersome, confusing, and Uber rides were expensive due to distance to tourist attractions. Bed was comfortable. Elevator was a plus.

Paris VRBO

Overall a great place to stay, very comfortable. Not particularly close to many restaurant/quick bite to eat locations but there was a grocery store close by. A farther walk to some of the bigger sights like the Eiffel tower but easy and relatively quick to get there by metro. Metro was just a few blocks away which was extremely convenient for our plans and traveling with luggage.
