Located in a quiet, wooded cove, our community is nestled beside beautiful Rottenwood Creek, which rambles peacefully into the Chattahoochee River. Nature abounds in this rustic setting, and yet it still offers you the conveniences of in-town living. We are just a short way from the Battery & Truist Park (formerly Suntrust Park) with a plethora of dining and entertainment options, yet just as close to the rushing waters and tranquil trails of the Chattahoochee River. Minutes to downtown Atlanta; right outside of the perimeter with easy access to I-75, I-285 and 400.

Great stay--highly recommend

Great location, convenient to interstate, restaurants and grocery. Quiet and nestled in a nice nature setting. Furnishings were high quality, comfy beds and had all the amenities to make the stay enjoyable.

Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay - Awsome !

Had a great time in Atlanta - the condo is beautiful- super clean and extremely comfortable beds. Will definitely be back again -Laura with management staff is amazing and very attentive- couldn’t have had a better person to assist during our stay. Perfect for short baseball stay

We always try to stay somewhere where we can spread out , have a kitchen, and can have our own spaces to retreat to when traveling for baseball. This was perfect for us.

Second time we have stayed here when going to the Braves games. Very nice, good neighborhood and less than 2 miles from the ballpark.

Thanksgiving Visit

My husband and I needed a place to stay while visiting family nearby over Thanksgiving. This apartment was perfect for us. It's very clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is close to shopping while also very much nestled in woods. We will gladly stay there again.

Great Location and Perfect for Braves Game!

Property is just as listed. It's clean and convenient to the Braves stadium. Quite area and would have been nice pool to use if weather allowed.

Just what we needed!

The apartment was just want we needed! Very clean and plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and furnishings were lovely. Short walk to Truist Park and easy to get to! I looked forward to staying here again!

Walking Distance to Truist Park

We chose this property due to its proximity to Truist park which was an easy 20 minute walk. Our party of four found the property clean, safe, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We were very pleased with the accomodations.

Atlanta vacation getaway

This property was perfect. It was located so close to all the attractions we had on our list to do while on vacation here with our two boys. It was very clean, and a very peaceful place. The property manager was always available when I contacted him and very wonderful to work with. We really enjoyed the stay here and hope to be back in the future for more Atlanta adventures.

Braves weekend

The apartment was very nice with large comfortable beds in a great location. We were close to Battery Parks and Truist Stadium. In addition there were trails in the back of the neighborhood that we enjoyed walking on in the mornings. Check in was a breeze and we received instructions in plenty of time for our trip. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was perfect for a long weekend stay. We were in town for the Phillys/Braves game. It was about a 30 minute walk to park or a 5 minute drive. The pool was nice with a grill there also. The apartment had everything we needed for our long weekend. It was clean and nicely decorated. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!

Great short stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed which allowed us to cook Christmas dinner. The location was perfect for us as my son lives about 10 minutes walking from the apartment. We loved being able to bring the dogs with us, and that the complex has so many areas with stations that have poop bags and an area to throw them out. Unfortunately, I think we’re the only ones that actually picked up after our dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

Braves Trip

Great location to Turner Field. Purchased tickets to Parking Lot E43 which was about mile away. Very convenient. Unit could use new pots and pans and better pillows for master bed. Everything else was great!

Pretty and convenient

We very much enjoyed our stay in this pretty, extremely clean apartment in a quiet woodsy setting that is also just 2 blocks away from major roads and the highway. It is a short walk to the Bob Callan walking/hiking trail. The beds were very comfortable, the appliances all worked. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed not very well stocked for preparing a variety of meals. Our stay was due to a visit to family in the area and we hope to stay there again.

Fantastic property

Stayed for a weeklong baseball tournament. Location was central to the tourney and close to Braves’ stadium. W/D were much needed and used. Super clean and comfy beds. Good communication with property manager. Easy check in and checkout. Used the complex gym and pool. Would 100% stay here again. Could use some oven mitts and some different pillows on the master bed—they are way too firm/thick, like sleeping on 3 pillows. Highly recommend this property!
