Shadow Mountain Stay during BNP

I booked for our stay during the tennis tournament. I am a tennis player and enjoyed going to the Wyn Tennis Acadamy drill before hitting the tournament. The view is great and communication with our host was great also. Very responsive!

Shadow Mountain - Palm Desert

Overall the stay was very nice. When I booked the property, the listing stated it was two bedroom, 3 baths. We arrived to find only two baths. I spoke to the property owner and was told that VRBO had the listing incorrect. I booked the property based on three baths. We were very disappointed but made it work. Almost feel like some type of credit should be extended because I booked the property on what was a false listing. Other than that the stay was pleasant, the property was nice and the location was great. The property owner was very responsive to my inquiries and provided some nice amenities, including coffee and candy.

A perfect family condo for your stay in Palm Desert!

We absolutely loved this unit. It is on the corner with a huge deck and nice patio furniture. Amazing views of the pool and mountains. Walking distance to town, shops and restaurants. Honestly you can't beat it.

Perfect Coachella weekend

This place was exactly as described and was a perfect place for our weekend getaway. The extra amenities like the pool, bbq, and restaurant were the cherries on top! Ally was really on top of communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. I’d come back for sure.

The unit was very nice, clean and well-supplied. Great view from the covered deck of pool, palms, mountains in the background. The owner was friendly and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Fabulous place and location

This is our second visit to this property. We stayed here one week last year and immediately booked it for a two week stay for this year. It is beautifully decorated and has the most incredible view of the pool of the mountains.

Fun in the Sun at Shadow Mountain

Everything about the property is great - the location (steps away from the pool and tennis courts), the view and the condo itself. We were able to walk to El Paseo for dinner and shopping as well. The condo was clean and well-outfitted. Couldn't have asked a nicer stay!

Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Patio gave us a great view of the surrounding area and was very pleasant. Complex is quiet and well maintained. Landlord was very helpful. We will stay there again if we go to Palm Desert.

Excellent in every way

This rental exceeded our expectations from beginning to end! The host is a terrific communicator and was very gracious in welcoming us with everything we needed including a lovely personalized box of Palm Springs toffee! The condo is perfectly located within the resort, just a few short steps to the pool. There are terrific choices for eating and shopping within blocks of the resort. We're looking forward to returning to this condo!

We had a great 2 1/2 week get away. The condo location was great, the unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool and Jacuzzi and had great weather. Would have loved to have stayed longer, but needed to get back home.

Great location if you want to be near El Paseo shops and restaurants. Not good for those who have difficulty with stairs as it is on the second floor with no elevator access. Great views, very clean unit.
