Located in the hotel zone, one of the best areas of Puerto Vallarta. We are professional hosts excited to bring this new ocean-beauty to VRBO! Book with confidence, checkout our other 5-starts properties! Our Modern Chic Marbella Condo is ready to welcome you. Fully renovated condo with high-end-brand-new appliances (and everything else!) Great spacious with sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people. 2B/1BAT, 65' in TV's, pool, lush grounds. Family-friendly.

Upon entering this newly renovated condo, you would feel immediately be transported to a beach relax living. Our 24 hrs security staff would welcome you trough the rustic brick gate brings you to into a private and safe jungle garden dotted with lush tropical courtyard. At home, you are greeted with a calming and comfortable living-room to unwind from the outside world. Or, if the mood is more lively, head out directly to the large and beautiful pool for a fresh dip. Condo decor is modern with a Mexican chic flair. Both bedrooms have a 65' inch smart TV, dining room seats 6 people, plus a large quartz breakfast counter seats 3 people, nice size kitchen with shinny-all-brand new appliances, one full bathroom with a rain-type shower head.
Master bedroom has adjoined bathroom, Queen size comfortable bed with sides tables on each side and beautiful hand-made Moorish wall sconces. Second bedroom features a new parota wood full size and a single bed. Both bedrooms features a nice size closets, A/C and a balcony overlooking to the stunning jungle grounds and a few birds.
You would find a comfortable build-in sofa, a custom-made parota wood coffee table, and a bright and playful Acapulco-style chair. Terrace feature a traditional patio furniture for two people. We are in the process updating our pictures. Hang on!
We know the game! we provide pool towels, bath towels (more than enough). We are truly family-friendly.
One of the best features is our location, plus our 24 hrs security. We want you to experience an easy and comfortable stay.

**Stays that are extended beyond 7 nights require 1 additional cleaning per week at the cost of $700 MP. We schedule the cleaning at your convenience**

Please know we are in the third floor. Puerto Vallarta is loud -if you need a quiet meditation-style retreat, Marbella might not be the place. However if you like dense greenery with beautiful and clean air, then you are at home.

Great facility and incredible host

Had a wonderful stay at this condo complex. Our room was Mexican 10/10! Host was very responsive and addressed our queries quickly with accuracy! We did not find the complex to be noisy. When asked about hot water issue, she had a maintenance person there within 10 minutes and the problem was fixed within the next 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to people looking for a safe place to Holiday Inn Puerto Vallarta.

Cool Jungle

As soon as you enter through the gate, you enter the contrasting “ cool” jungle. You get touched by the coolness as you walk along the red-bricked paths, hidden amongst all the luscious, green foliage. The sounds are muffled from the surrounding areas. Loved to be here. It was safe and cozy.

Family Vacation and Work Trip

We tried to stay here for two nights (we booked a full week), but my son woke up multiple times a night from all the noise. It backs up to the back of the mall and we heard blaring music, trucks, and beeping (beep beep beep intervals) from the gym. After all of us were miserable and we knew we couldn't bear another night, we ended up booking a hotel across the street. My husband used the room to work from in the morning since we couldn't cancel and get any money back. If you can wear ear plugs and don't have a child with this could work. The actual location to walk around is great, but the location of the unit with the noise was something we wish we knew before booking.

Barely Habitable!

This condo was awful. Furnishings were uncomfortable. The sofa was a concrete or plaster bench with a thin dirty cushion placed on top. There were no side chairs other than two poufs that were, maybe, six inches high. The kitchen utensils were cheap and worn, and the pots and pans were unusable and unsafe. For a unit that claimed to accommodate five people, there were only four mismatched sets of utensils.There was almost no decoration, but there was a photo frame that still had the original manufacturer insert. The owner/manager didn't even put in a cheap photo to make it look like a decoration. The living room also had no TV, which would make it hard for a family or group to use.The unit looked directly into the cooling unit and trash bins of the neighboring shopping center, so had no real natural light and constant noise. It was hard to determine if it was daylight or not!On the plus side, the unit was clean and it was in a fun location.

The level of harassment that property manager endured warranted the sadly need to report you.  Our place was left with substantial and expensive damages due to the unauthorized party. 5* Perfect Stay

Im so glad we booked this condo, although didn't have reviews, because it was one of best stays i ever had in PV. Host was generous and friendly. She was responsive and answered all my questions prior booking. From the airport took us 10 mins to get there. Condo was immaculately cleaned (before travel restrictions we stayed at a different condo in Marbella, and it was like a day and night comparison between the two). There was water and cool beer in the fridge!!!! The location of this condo was perfect. In the evenings we would just crossed the street to a cool restaurant painted all white for a drink. For groceries we walked to shopping mall Caracol, and many times we ate there these amazing Mexican sandwiches. This condo has everything you will need, high quality kitchen stuff, huge tv's, chic bathroom with nice blue tile and great shower water pressure. Yeah, we are coming back!

I was born in Mexico, and now i live in between Puerto Vallarta, the East Bay and Palm Springs. I enjoy being near nature. I enjoy great food and well-made Micheladas. I can tell you pretty much all the good taco street places in Puerto Vallarta, the easiest (but still rewarding) trail in San Jacinto mountain and a nice hidden beach in the East Bay.  My goal as a host is to make sure you will have a pleasant and successful stay. Mi casa es tu casa.
