Home is located in the city of La Quinta with beautiful scenic hiking trails, parks, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, frequent art outdoor art festivals, fitness gyms, cross fit studios, Old Town La Quinta district and plenty more. We are located conveniently in between the Indian Wells tennis tournaments, Coachella music festivals and Stagecoach Country music festival.
Home is 1 floor with zero steps, very spacious and nearly 2,500 square feet. Consisting of 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, enormous front enclosed private front and backyard. This home away from home has many activities including heated pool/jacuzzi, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, hammock, outdoor barbecue grill, corn hole, foosball table, ping pong table, billiards table, and plenty of board games of your choice. This home consists of all brand new furniture and mattresses that have never been used before.
This home sleeps 14 people comfortably. Kitchen consists of all your cooking needs and everything is absolutely brand new including all of the appliances. Home has brand new smart televisions in every single room ranging from 43”-65” all around, smart gadgets all throughout as well and lightening speed internet. There is parking available in driveway for maximum of 3 vehicles plus free street parking.

Home was very clean and had the perfect layout for my party of seven. One of our guests was on a different schedule than the rest of us so it was nice having one bedroom and bath on the other side of the house. Host was wonderful, he was very accommodating and checkin was very easy. Would definitely recommend this property.
