You'll be within easy walking distance of the white-sand beach at this resort condo in Tops'l Summit, beautifully positioned with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Miramar Beach shoreline. This condo comes with a private balcony where you can read, sip your coffee, and plan your daily adventures, as well as on-site amenities that include pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Here on the gated grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be able to walk to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a gym, a steam room and sauna, a miniature golf course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. You'll find two restaurants on-site, as well as a wealth of other dining options at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north) and Destin Commons (seven miles west). If you're looking for a bit of tranquil time in nature, head just east to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Awesome place!

Summit 813 gave our family a great spring break! 813 offered everything we needed. It overlooks the putt-putt course/basketball court, shuffleboard and pickleball courts-and can easily see the water! We will return!

Amazing condo!

We love this place! The new remodel is great and gives it a real "home" feel. This is definitely the place for our future vacations

Nice condo and as promised. Great amenities.

Everyone was comfortable. Condo was clean and in good repair. We loved the view and having access to the amenities including the pools, hot tubs, and the beach without needing to drive or park! Quick access to Topsail preserve was nice.
