Recently renovated, this beautiful condo, with tasteful hints of shiplap and wood-look flooring throughout, is perfect for your next family vacation in sunny Miramar Beach. Prepare your morning coffee, breakfasts, lunches, and full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen complete with new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and a breakfast bar. Dine together or play board games at the adjacent table with seating for six. And watch your favorite movies or TV shows on the large, TV in the very inviting living area offering access out to your private, furnished balcony. Guests at the Summit are also sure to enjoy the shared pools, hot tub, and sauna.

Get your toes in the sand just south on the nearby beach. Challenge the fairways of several fantastic golf courses throughout the area, especially those over in Destin, just 11 miles west. Wander through the Village of Baytowne Wharf, two miles north, where you'll find several shops, fantastic restaurants, and a fishing pier all right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Or make a reservation to explore the 210-acres of the beautiful and fascinating Coffeen Nature Preserve.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Another stay in Miramar Beach

We have stayed at this building before and really enjoyed the unit. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We like that it's a quick walk to the beach and that there is a pool at each building on the property. You are close to several grocery stores and there are other places to do some shopping nearby.

Great Stay!

This condo is beautiful and decorated nicely! Very roomy. In other reviews, nobody mentioned how long it takes to walk to the beach---it is very close---mainly a 5-8 minute walk---didn't seem long at all. Once at the beach, there are restrooms located back up on the pool deck, which was nice. This was a great vacation and Tops'l did not disappoint.

503 is one of my favorite condo.

503 is one of my favorite condo , I’ve stayed in 503 before and I just the flooring , lighting and the spacious living room area, I’m definitely looking forward to staying in 503 next year Gods willing.
