2/2 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: 2 Queens. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

This is a family friendly complex. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced between 10 PM- 9 AM.

Enjoy this ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on a scenic stretch of the Guadalupe River with breathtaking views! This first floor condo has a spacious covered patio with a propane BBQ grill and comfortable furniture. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. With direct river access just steps away, you’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. Rio Rafts is right next door for tube rental and shuttle service. You can also take a dip in our refreshing pool. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator.

Our condo is not just a rental, it is our home away from home. It comes fully furnished with TV (with firestick, no cable) in the comfortable living room with free WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen including toaster, blender, coffee maker, and more. The master bedroom has a King sized bed with premium sheets and bedding and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds. Guest bathroom is conveniently located near the living room and second bedroom. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. This condo is on the first floor with great views of the Guadalupe River.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands. If you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

If you want to venture out, visit Schlitterbahn, the World’s Best Waterpark in New Braunfels or spend the day in Gruene, shopping, visiting the wineries or dancing the night away at the infamous Gruene Hall. Natural Bridge Caverns, Wimberly, and the San Marcos Premium Outlets are a short drive away. Canyon Lake is less than 5 minutes away where you can rent boats or jet skis. The whole area is full of small music venues like Whitewater Amphitheater (less Than 5 miles away). Maybe your ideal vacation is all about fly fishing. January and February are prime fishing months here.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. We are not allowed to give you more parking passes, if you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. Perfect Little Getaway

The condo was extremely clean, well appointed, and very inviting! Everything looked brand new. The view of the river is fantastic. Very nice to sit on the back porch and enjoy this fall weather. Love being on the ground floor too. Perfect location for enjoying all the fun in this area! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great property!

Well maintained, walk right out to the calm, peaceful river. Came right before Memorial Day so it was quiet and just what we needed to escape during quarantine! We were able to get groceries delivered and pick up take out, drive to Canyon Lake when we weren't exploring the river or sitting outside watching the fireflies. We'll be back!

The only downside is the 6 person capacity verses the 8 for many of the others. The use of a mattress pad on top of a pillow top mattress is WAY too soft. The unit was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The clock on the wall with no batteries set to 5:00 was a nice touch. Very comfortable furniture on the porch facing the river.

The only minor issue was the Condo upstairs when you can hear every footstep they were making. we were doing everything we could do to not disturb other residents because we respect that owners actually live there. It was other renters that seemed to press the disturb issues. I don't envy owners trying to keep the area peaceful when they have unruly renters. It was very comfortable to stay here.

Beautiful setting.

Wonderful ground floor condo with comfortable patio seating that we thoroughly enjoyed each evening. Convenient location for early morning lake access (a must for us) and for New Braunfels, San Marcus, and Wimberley attractions. Cool river water made for a nice break from the mid-afternoon August heat. We would definitely consider a return trip to this location.

Beautiful get away

We loved our time at this property! The river access was the best part, we brought our own tubes and loved just hanging out in the cool, clean water. The property was very clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend it as a nice place to stay. Centrally located between Canyon Lake and New Braunfels made checking out the local area very easy.

FANTASTIC property! Quiet, clean, secure, and immediate access to the Guadalupe! WONDERFUL property!

Pictures really do not do it justice. The property felt much bigger than what it actually was, but the layout was perfect. We had a great stress-free time and we cannot wait to return!
