Guest Access

Guests enjoy full private access to the townhouse (excluding two locked owner’s closets) and complete access to all Moon Bay resort amenities. Contactless self check-in via secure gate and door code.

Please Note & House Rules

✦ 7-night minimum stay required

✦ Strict no-pets and no-smoking policy

✦ Convertible chair beds are intended for children (100 lbs weight limit)

✦ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM

✦ Trash and recycling must be disposed of in the bins near the exit gate upon departure

✦ Pool umbrellas must be closed after use

✦ Boat Slips: No deeded dock included. Slips must be rented and registered in advance through the property manager (unregistered boats will be locked and fined). Trailer storage is suggested at Caribbean Club or local ramps

✦ Required prior to arrival: Signed rental agreement, security deposit authorization, and adherence to all house rules

✦ Travel insurance is strongly encouraged (hurricane season runs June 1 – Dec 1; no refunds for hurricane cancellations or mandatory evacuations)

Guests have full access to the unit through a private door code and are welcome to use all areas of the home. There are only two owner’s closets that remain locked and are not accessible to guests.
