L'avantage, l'emplacement de l'appartement

L'appartement ne correspond pas entièrement à l'annonce mais plus aux avis. Effectivement, comme indiqué plusieurs fois, l'appartement est défraîchi. Les papiers peints, peintures sont à refaire, les prises de courant et accroche radiateurs à refixer et un grand nettoyage serait nécessaire. Le balcon est très petit et sans mobilier (on peut tenir à 4 debout, comme dans un ascenseur!!). Mais une fois que l'on sait cela, l'avantage de cette location est sa grande proximite de la plage Remember et du centre-ville.. L'endroit pour faire à manger est très étroit et le mini four est rangé en hauteur. Point positif, le coin lit superposé qui est dans l'entrée, est séparé par une porte du reste de l'appartement. Les lits sont certes dans l'entrée, mais séparer du salon cuisine et chambre par une porte. Voilà, l'appart aurait besoin d'un bon coup de rafraîchissement, mais le mobilier intérieur est très bien, la literie confortable et surtout l'appartement est très bien situé

Très agréable

Appartement très lumineux mais ne convient pas à 1 famille car la cuisine est impraticable En effet le frigo est tout petit et il faut 1 chaise pour atteindre le four !!! Sinon tout le reste est très bien très bonne literie et tout équipé en produits ménagers torchon et même serviettes de plage
