This condo offers direct views of the complex swimming pool and the verdant nature preserve next door, easy walking access to the sugar-sand beach, and an abundance of resort amenities, from tennis and racquetball courts to a hot tub and fitness center.

Within the gates of Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll find indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive workout facility, a sauna and steam room, a putt-putt course, two restaurants, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. Treat your loved one to an afternoon of shopping, dining, and live entertainment at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), and catch an evening movie at Destin Commons (seven miles west). You'll also be just west of the serene nature trails at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The Summit

Very beautiful home. Clean and kept very cool. Includes some dishes and any we were missing, we were able to get from the front desk. Neighbors kid was little to be desired but that isn’t the fault of the resort. Would definitely come back. The walk to the beach is short and the resort bus can pick you up and drop you off closer if you need. Pool was kept up and the hot tub was nice.
