Enjoy beautiful sunrises over Miramar Beach from the private balcony of this stunning, newly renovated coastal condo in the gated community of Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort. You will be an easy walk or free tram ride to the soft white sands of Miramar Beach. This home includes new beds, flooring and fixtures, and kitchen appliances, and new smart TVs in each room will make this condo feel like home. Spend your days playing tennis and swimming in the resort’s pools, or unwind with the sound of the ocean on Miramar beach. This condo overlooks the historic Coffeen Nature Preserve, a 210-acre park, with a view down the coastline to Panama City.

On the Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort, you will find indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, and basketball. With access to a free beach tram around the resort, the two restaurants, walking trails, and fitness facility will make for a perfect vacation day. Beyond the resort, the many shops and restaurants of Grand Boulevard are less than a mile away and the fun atmosphere of The Village of Baytowne Wharf is two miles from Tops’l. There are five golf courses, three state parks, many wonderful restaurants, and family activities within a five-mile radius of this vacation home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Resort was great

The condo.... was missing a bed.... one bedroom had twin beds on the pictures and descriptions, but we had a surprise waiting for us. The new condo owner removed the twin beds and replaced it with a full size. We had a 19 year old and a 14 year old, as you can imagine the brother's did not have the space for them. Vacasa was quick to bring an air mattress.... was told I was going to be compensate for the problem and the refund was going to be put back on my card. ( Nothing so far).

Tops’l The Best

Very homey. Like the condo very much. However Mattress in bedroom #3 , lockout , needs to be replaced badly . We r happy here. Hope if it sells we can keep our reservation that we have put a down payment on. We have been here as snowbirds for 22 years . Love the place and the staff are the very best. They are so accommodating. Thanks. Lynn

Not for kids of any age

I rented this unit because it had three bedrooms. The unit is spacious and the view is beautiful. However, the unit is full of notes attached to the chest of drawers, the sliding glass doors, by the front door, etc. - it was like visiting an elderly relative with written instructions everywhere. Even though there is a twin bed in one of the rooms, the unit is not for children of any age - there are breakables everywhere and glass tops on all of the surfaces so it was hard to feel comfortable. Also the unit was under-equipped - no blankets on any of the beds, missing items in the kitchen, etc. Moreover, there was inconsistent information about whether or not renting the unit provides access to the Tops’l amenities. I could write more but …

Great condo for 6 people

The condo was much better than previous reviews have stated! We had everything we needed at the condo and the amenities at the resort such as fitness center, pools and beach access were more than expected! The extra blanket recommendation did come in handy. You can bring your own chairs and umbrella to the private beach or you can rent them through the resort. Short walk to the beach but there is a tram on-site than can charter you to and from different places. The room is near the elevator but this didn’t cause us any issues. A few of the TVs in the bedrooms did not work but who needs to be watching tv on a vacation anyway!
