Come relax in beachfront luxury in Beach Manor 712. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are completely open to each other so you never miss a moment or the gorgeous beachfront views right before your eyes. Find all updated appliances, granite countertops (you’ll actually find granite countertops throughout the entire unit!), a breakfast bar, and everything you need to feel right at home. The living room has a raised flat screen TV and new seating that is oh so comfortable!

The master bedroom dawns its own private balcony, sparkling gulf water views, and a king size bed – what more could you need? Attached to the master bedroom is the private master bathroom complete with double sinks, abundant counter space, and a big walk-in shower. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed, pristine beach views, and an attached bathroom – also with double sinks and a walk-in shower! The third bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full-size mattresses. And don’t forget about the third bathroom – yes, three bathrooms! – with another granite top sink and convenient walk-in shower. The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin, FL area. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! The Beach Manor building is beachfront – only a few quick steps until your tired feet set foot on the white, sandy beaches. A nature preserve calmly sits to your east allowing for gorgeous scenery and glimpses of wildlife as well as far less-crowded beaches.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an opportunity for an early spring weekend trip. We’ve stayed at Beach Manor on multiple occasions and the property never disappoints - convenient, quiet, perfect beach location.One heads-up for others, I thought the putt-putt, basketball courts, tennis courts, etc. were a shared amenity between the two condos (Beach Manor) and Tides. Unfortunately, I was reminded very aggressively and rudely by the Tides staff that we were not welcome. My fault for not reading, but save yourself a tongue lashing!The unit itself is in a great location. Awesome balconies with great views. Only complaint is that there are no dressers. We lived out of our suitcases because there was no where to store clothes.Again, great facility.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed a Tops'l Beach Manor for the last 8 or 9 years. We haven't always stayed in the same unit but the love the views, pool, staff and the easy check in and out. The rooms have always been clean and inviting. I was a little disappointed in this unit in that is was not as the pics indicated. The furniture was different and there were no dressers. I personally like to unpack if I'm staying for over a week. Also the Master Bedroom on the right was very warm, the A/C seemed to have a difficult time keeping it below 72. I'm sorry but when I'm at the beach its hot and I prefer my room to be cooler. I would just make sure the pics are current. But would recommend .
