The Gîte de Leomie is a 150 m² renovated house of character, ideally located in a picturesque village in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, only 1 hour from Paris! The house can accommodate 7 people and is composed of a large living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a PMR bedroom with private bathroom, a mezzanine with 3 single beds, a separate bathroom with shower, laundry room. The owners who live next door to the house will be able to welcome you, a large family or a group of friends, while preserving everyone's privacy. Sheets and towels included. Heated swimming pool

The house :
Calm and serenity assured in this pretty stone house in the heart of the Champagne vineyards! The house is not overlooked, with beautiful views over the Surmelin Valley.
We can offer you a guided tour of our Champagne Hazard Devavry vineyard and a champagne tasting upon request. A bottle of Champagne from our production will be offered on arrival.

On the ground floor:
- Beautiful entrance with stone wall, library
- Living room with sitting area with sofa, coffee table, TV, stereo, pellet stove. Family dining table.
- Open kitchen fully equipped: fridge-freezer, gas and electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...
- Master bedroom: double bed 160 x 200 cm. Bathroom and WC separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. This spacious room can be locked and is fully equipped to accommodate a person with reduced mobility: raised WC with grab bar, Italian shower with grab bar, no steps... Small kitchen area with sink, fridge, coffee maker, toaster.
- Laundry room with washing machines and dryers, cleaning products, hoover.

On the 1st floor:
Accessed by a wooden staircase from the living-dining room.
- Bedroom: double bed 160 x 200 cm, view on the garden. Exposed beams.
- Mezzanine with 3 single beds. Accessed by a staircase.
- Bathroom: shower, two washbasins

Outside :
- Beautiful enclosed garden of 700 m². Deckchairs. Nice view on the countryside and the vineyard.
- Orchard with many fruit trees: cherry trees, plum trees, wedges, apple trees...
- Terrace with dining table for 6 people, parasol, barbecue
