Le Clos du Ravy is an independent gîte located in the Petite Cité de Caractère of Piriac, in the quiet of a typical village, 800 m from the sea and 300 m from an aquatic center. Enclosed garden with trees and flowers of 250 m² (private parking). Ground floor: lounge/living room (140x190 convertible) with open fitted kitchen, separate WC, pantry with shower room. Floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds) and bathroom/wc. Additional equipment: radio/CD, DVD player, complete baby equipment. Included: electricity. Not included: electric heating (9€/d: from October 15/to April 30), sheets (€7/person), bathroom linen (€7/person) and tourist tax. Animal: €7/day (deposit €150). La Baule 15 km. Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - Pets: 7.0€ per day - End of stay cleaning: €90.43 per stay Property managed by a professional.
