Ground floor: lounge/living room (convertible and wood stove) with open kitchen, separate WC. Floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds), shower room/wc, sleeping area on the mezzanine (1 140x190 bed) accessible by a miller's ladder. Additional equipment: freezer, DVD player, Hifi system, Wifi access, complete baby equipment, hairdryer. Included: electric heating. Not included: sheets, towels/household linen, wood, tourist tax and cleaning fee (60€). Compulsory cleaning package for professional customers (65€). Animals: deposit 100€. Guérande at 11 km.
