Beachfront condo overlooking the Gulf

Beautifully renovated one bedroom, one bath beachfront condo in the Sunset House on Marco Island. Expansive views of the white, crescent beach and blue waters of the Gulf of America. The sunsets are spectacular and ever changing. There are 6 miles of beach for walking and exploring. This low density building offers a quiet, tropical, beachfront setting. Nice shops and restaurants are within walking and driving distance. There is a comfortable King size bed and a TV in the master bedroom. A pullout couch and a TV in the living room. The balcony provides great outdoor living space for morning coffe or a sunset dinner. There are beautiful views of Marco Island’s pristine, white, sand beaches. Many wonderful restaurants and world class golfing nearby. Kayaking, boating, sailing, fishing, jet skiing, bird watching, shelling and more. Naples is a short drive away.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Linens are included if left washed and folded for the next guest. The housekeeper can do them for $25 per load. No charge for items left drying.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please register at the office upon check in. Jan. 9-March 6 is available for one booking, for a 56 night stay.

Warm sunny retreat

Great location. Excellent water view. Condo was very comfortable and suited our needs. Easy access to beach. Host was accommodating and responsive to our needs. We would love to stay there again sometime.
