The impeccably furnished 1300 sq. ft. home, with two very large bedrooms and a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, has been updated with all the modern amenities one would desire in a luxury vacation home and is surrounded by lush gardens, truly making it an oasis in the heart of the city.

This beautiful home is located just a block south of LACMA and within 5-minute walking distance of the Peterson Automotive Museum, El Rey Theatre, restaurants, weekly farmer's market, grocery stores, cafes, galleries and coffee houses (Starbucks, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Black Dog Coffee & more) and two parks, including the very large LACMA campus/park. A plethora of “foodie” food trucks, providing a vast array of cuisines, are found lining the street across from LACMA every day. For gym enthusiasts, Equinox is just 3 blocks away (4 minute walk) and LA Fitness is just 1 block away. The property is a very short distance (5 - 8 minute drive) from Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Korea Town, and Fairfax/Melrose shopping, while The Grove is only a two-minute drive away. Public transportation is very accessible and, though you do not need a car, parking permits are included with this house, should you have a car. This architecturally significant Spanish/Mediterranean house, part of a triplex compound, is surrounded by lush gardens and courtyards, in a quiet, historic neighborhood. Once you have entered your private front door from the entrance courtyard, you will certainly not realize that it is part of a triplex. The home shares no walls and is completely free-standing, with the exception of two architectural archways. That means it is 100% private and completely yours for the duration of your stay. The interior is simply stunning and designed specifically to host you. Everything has been included to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Handcrafted furniture of both mid-century and modern design fill this very spacious home, as well as museum quality photographs and art on the walls. High ceilings encompass the space, which includes a large living room with an elegant, tiled gas fireplace, and two large, well-appointed bedrooms. Each bedroom has a large smart TV, while the living room has a 60" smart TV. This home is equipped with an all new and modernized kitchen, including stove, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso and Cuisinart coffeemakers, Toaster Oven, blender, cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, and silverware. A charming, private patio with a gas BBQ grill, table and chairs is located just off of the dining room. A private washer and drier are included with this home.
