About this property

Our amazing home comes with one of the most spectacular unique views on Hatteras Island of the famous Avon Pier and Atlantice Ocean.

Newly remodeled kitchen in January 2024 boasts state of the art luxury appliances, granite counter tops, and and breathtaking view with thr newly installed 10 foot of windows!

On the ground level, there is a game room with a ping pong table, large TV, blue tooth sound system, and oversized mini fridge. There are also extra beach supplies like body boards and outdoor equipment.

All four bedrooms are on the second level. One King bedroom, one queen bedroom, a twin bunkbed room with 2 twin bunkbeds, a queen bedroom, and one twin bed w/ pyramid full and twin bunk on top. There are two bathrooms with one with a full-size tub and shower and one is in the Master Suite. The King and Queen bedrooms both have views from their sliding doors to the ocean and Avon Pier. The private hot tub is off the master suite and queen bedroom.
On the third level there is a massive kitchen with views of the ocean while cooking., relaxing, or sitting in front of the fireplace. On this level is also the dining area, great room, and a full-size bath w/walk in shower. There is a magnificent unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Avon Pier from almost every seat. There is a lounge area with a Insta-ready egg chair and fireplace.

There is an ocean access point on the street cul-de-sac, which makes access to the ocean 1 minute walk over the dunes.

Please note the following-
The cleaning fee of $255.00 includes:
-Linens (sheets, towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and kitchen towels)-Beach towels are not included in the rental but can be rented for $5.00 EA for your stay starting in March 2022.
-Sanitizing the entire house, and cleaning high touch surfaces.
-Basic Cleaning of the house-sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning up sand, mopping/dry mopping floors, cleaning kitchen area, cleaning fridge, vents, vacuuming carpet, and maintaining general order of the house.
-Hot tub cleaning before and after each stay
We do ask that guests clean up after themselves and read/abide by all check out instructions.

During the summer there is a minimum stay of a week required.
During the Summer only, check is on Saturday at 5pm, and check out is on the subsequent Saturday at 09:00am

Memorial Day Rainy Weekend

The weather was pretty stormy (chilly, wet) but we still had a wonderful time. We could watch the waves from the house and on Sunday things brightened up and we were able to go to the beach and fish. The house had plenty of games/things to entertain our group and restaurants were close by so that was a bonus as well. Everything was clean and the layout of the home was quite nice for our group.

Amazing Off Season (Short) Vacation

First off, staying on OBX during the off season is incredible. No traffic, having the beach to yourself, and the quiet! Cold means nothing when you have a hot tub, and this house has a great one! We loved the house - plenty of room for everyone, great location, and a wonderful new kitchen. The view from every level was awesome. No houses between you and the pier - one of the best views of the ocean in Avon. Families with younger kids will love the game room and huge TV on the top level. Pet friendly lay out - gates on every deck level. A very short walk to beach access. We loved the solitude of the off season, but this house would be at the center of everything during the summer. A great find! We're so happy we stayed here!

NYE Weekend

It is a great house with lots of room and a comfortable living/cooling area. The views are lovely. Our only negatives are flat pillows and hard towels. These are minor with such a great property.

Stunning property

Everything about the property suited us to a T. Michelle replied to communications within minutes and was so accommodating when asked to change the schedule slightly. The decor and house was beautiful and there was literally everything there that you could possibly need. We loved that we could keep the dogs contained on each floor's deck. The view was awesome. We know that when we want to head back down to OBX, we will want the same house. Love it!
