About this property

Wonderful seaside house. The house is 70 meters from the famous windsurfing and kite surfing of Mikri Vigla beach north side. Here you can test your skills on the water or enjoy a more relaxing vacation. On the South side of Mikri Vigla just 700 meters you will find some of the calmest waters in Naxos which are great for swimming.

The house has two floors. On the main floor you will find open plan fully equipped kitchen, a living room, one bathroom and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Direct access to the outside dining table and garden with two entries.
The semi basement floor consists of two bedrooms in which one bedroom has 2 double beds and the other has one double bed and one large bathroom with shower.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour sur cette belle ile. Concernant le logement, il est propre et fonctionnel. Déception cependant concernant la terrasse avec vue sur mer (il s'agit d'une terrasse éloignée de la maison et de la terrasse principale). Beaucoup d'arbres magnifiques, dommage qu'il n'y en ait pas de plantés pour caché la route! Beaucoup de sable du fait de la proximité de la route. Nous n'avons pas pu profité de la piscine, aucun transat de libre quand on a essayé. Très bonne communication et personne très serviables.

Stay at Annais Casa May 2023

Annais Casa was awesome! A bit off the beaten path, but that was great for us! We had a car and easy access to Naxos city and a variety of other locales. Efi was amazing! She helped us with EVERYTHING and was always available! The only thing that was a bit of an issue for me was that the bed in the primary bedroom was quite hard and should probably be upgraded! There is an amazing bakery nearby which we visited everyday 😃

The house comprises of a landscaped private garden with 2 areas to wind back and relax. It is part of 8 condo complex, which also includes a shared pool that belongs to the 8 units. The property is designed in a modern and Cycladic style of soft curves and colors to complement the environment and has been tastefully furnished with great attention to detail.
