This place is absolutely incredible. Right on the beach only 10 feet away. Comfortable home with three full bathrooms. Nice kitchen and common space. Walkable to everything - restaurants, main town square/port, grocery store. And an incredible host. We loved everything about staying here.

I cannot imagine a better place for our family in Naxos. The location is amazing. The layout was perfect. The host was so welcoming and helpful. Would love to come back and stay longer. Certainly did not want to leave.

Lovely hostess and beautiful setting

Litsa went out of her way to make our stay fabulous. This is a beautiful location. Very comfortable and well appointed. It’s a wonderful place stay and I recommend it highly!

Dream stay at Albatross Seaside House

Our family of 6 (my wife, our 4 kids - ages 10-21 - and I) had a lovely 5-night stay at Albatross Seaside House in late July 2024. The property’s location is fantastic, an easy walk to the port and bus station, restaurants, and of course the Portara. Litsa was a wonderful host, very timely replies, and truly a joy to communicate with. Loved it so much and hope to return soon!

Great location!

Litsa, the host/owner met us at the ferry as promised and led our 2 minute walk to the house. It’s a great location, so close to all the shops and restaurants along the harbor area. However, the house is in a spot that is super quiet and private. Fit 5 of us easily, plenty of space and outdoor space.

Awesome place, great location

The location cannot be beat. Being on the water was wonderful as we were there under fairly high heat, but the wind coming from the water kept everything cool. The only place we stayed in Greece where we could sit comfortably outside at any time of the day. It is a very short walk to the main shopping and restaurants of old town Naxos. The rooms are large and clean. The kitchen was very good and everything was awesome. Definitely a place we will stay at again.

Absolute GEM of a Villa with THE BEST host!!

Our family of 5 was BEYOND comfortable and impressed with every detail. Litsa spared no expense in detail, the location is undeniably prime, and we couldn’t be more grateful that she shared her fabulous place with us!! She welcomed us off the ferry, answered all our questions quickly and was just a lovely human. So many conveniences, thoughtful touches (welcoming wine and olives!) plenty of space, GREAT water pressure and AC was much needed after a long day of heat exploring the island. THE BEST VIEW of the entire island is literally outside your doorstep, with a beach that is somewhat rocky but still amazing. We CANNOT say enough about how amazing this place is. We were all SO VERY SAD to have to leave. Thank you for sharing your place with us Litsa, you’re THE BEST!
