In the heart of La Tranche-sur-Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacation in a dream setting. It features direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st until the third week of September, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking. This new 56 m² ground-floor apartment with sea view can accommodate 4/6 people.
It consists of a 23 m² living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen, opening onto the living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV.
The living room's large bay window opens onto a beautiful 14 m² terrace with garden furniture and a magnificent sea view! The apartment also features a sea-view bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a walk-in closet, and a second bedroom with two single beds (80cm) (which can be pushed together) and a walk-in closet. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet are also available.
A free private parking space is available for one vehicle per apartment. Please note: no guest parking is available. Low-speed Wi-Fi access is also available.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.
Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
