On the 5th floor without elevator, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Ill and its greenery 🌳, from the charming old buildings of Strasbourg to seeing 🏔️ the German mountains of the Black Forest from the windows of the rooms and the living room

🛋️ The spacious living room, with its comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, is perfect for a well-deserved rest after a great day of sightseeing between Petite France and Neustadt.
🍽️ You will find everything you need to prepare your meals in the contemporary design, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker) .

🌃 In the heart of the Neustadt district, an unparalleled urban creation, built to make Strasbourg a showcase of Prussian power, the Neustadt is distinguished by its grandiose squares, its wide airy avenues lined with trees but also by an alliance happy between the monumental and a keen sense of the landscape. It is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This astonishing post-Haussmann district shows certain architectural extravagances, happily mixing Italian neo-Renaissance, neo-Gothic and Art Nouveau. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

Great location and nice place
This was a 5 star apartment at a great location and easy to check in and out. We would stay there again. Only small thing to mention is that it is on the 5th floor without an elevator but for us it was no issue.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist erstklassig: ruhig, zentrumsnah, gut an ÖPNV angebunden, Bäcker, Einkaufsladen und Restaurants in der Nähe. Schöne helle Wohnung, Wohn-, Ess-, Kochbereich sehr ansprechend. Kontakt mit der Vermietungsagentur war umfassend und gut. Vielleicht könnte noch etwas Geschirr ergänzt werden und die Geschirrspülmaschine ist nicht benutzbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
