Featuring the white, sandy beach merely 150 steps from the front door, Santa Rosa’s Spooky Lane Beach is your oasis from everyday living. For those really hot days, enjoy the home’s spacious pool, right in the backyard! You and your family can relax, barbeque, and spend some quality time together.

Need a break from the sun? This beautiful 6 bed/5 bath house was completely renovated in 2021, and the new interior spaces feature a large gourmet kitchen and open living space. With its breathtaking view of the Gulf, head upstairs to the open rooftop deck in the evening to view some spectacular sunsets! The large garage has recently been remodeled to a another luxurious bedroom with king bed, bathroom and kitchenette.

Blessed House is also nearby all the best shops at Santa Rosa Beach. A quick walk up the block gets you to the famous Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Perfect Pig Grill, Pecan Jacks Ice Cream, Growler Garage, Gulf Place Shopping, and much more!

Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. Great location and beautiful home

The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We had a group of 12 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had all the necessary things to cook meals all week. The home is beautiful and love the decor. We arrived early on check in day and just went to the beach. We were parked at the house around 3:30 a rainy/stormy day so we waited to get in our cars to get in. I don’t know if the cleaning crew felt rushed but the floors could have been cleaner. The family who stayed before had a pet and the hair was every where. They also didn’t clean up their dog poop and it was in several places in the straw and grass around the pool. Would definitely stay again but wanted to note these things since we paid a good bit for the few days, that’s was our only complaint.

Great place and location

Enjoyed our stay. Wifi can be tempermental, but overall the service was acceptable. Mold on Master bathroom toilet closet ceiling as well as constant dripping from condensation. This was reported to Property Manager. Otherwise, house was very clean.

Best house I have stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot! Very well equipped, sooo close to the beach! Pool was a great bonus! Will definitely be staying here again!

Santa Rosa

Great location. Only a few minutes walk to beach. Short drive to shopping and restaurants. The house is large and well kept. Great place for large family and friends to stay.

New years beach getaway

This was overall a very enjoyable vrbo stay. The property looked just like the pictures, and the location was perfect. The management company was quick to respond to questions. 2 minute points: the fan in the master bedroom did not work, and we communicated this to the management company, who indicated they would address it, but ultimately, this was not addressed. We also paid to have the pool heated, but the pool upon arrival had the filter clogged with leaves and the water level was below the jets, making it difficult to heat. A prorated refund was requested for the days that the pool was not heated, and I am still awaiting that response. Overall we enjoyed this property very much and would likely rebook if we could be assured that no lapses such as the aforementioned happened again
