A beautifully updated beach house with Old Florida charm, a private swimming pool (with the option to heat when it's chilly) a large screened in porch with dining for 6 that discretely overlooks the street. All just steps away from the sugar white sands of Grayton Beach. Shenanigans is located on a quiet street but only a block away from the Red Bar, Chiringo, and the heart of the neighborhood.

The first floor of Shenanigans is off the driveway and has a covered patio entryway. There's a living room on this floor with comfortable seating to relax into while watching the game or catching up with friends. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There are two full baths off of the hallway. One has a tub/shower and the other a tiled shower stall. You'll also find 4 built-in bunk beds along this hallway. Each has it's own reading light which makes them perfect for kids' night-time reading. There's also a laundry room with a clothes washer/dryer on this first floor. The back door of the first floor leads to the private swimming pool and patio. If it's chilly during your stay, we offer the option to heat the pool. Pleases inquire about rates.

On the second level, you'll find the master suite outfitted with a king-size bed and a full bath with a tiled shower stall. The master bedroom also has a clothes washer/dryer in the spacious walk-in closet. A second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and shares a full bath with the 3rd upstairs bedroom (queen bed). All the bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with professionally laundered, high quality linens. (Please bring your own beach/pool towels)

A relaxing upstairs den is open to the dining area with a table that easily seats 8. There's a bench to add more friends with additional seating at the bar. Opening the french doors directly off the dining room opens access to a screened in porch with an additional dining table for 6. The porch is a guest favorite, second only to the private pool out back. There's plenty of room to gather at Shenanigans!

The kitchen is updated and fully stocked with appliances, dishes, and utensils. Everything you'll need to prepare a meal and serve it up.

Grayton Beach is such a unique area and it's easy to fall in love with everything about it. It's flanked by state forest which keeps the crowds at bay and provides a beautiful back drop for your beach vacation.
